Positioned atop a dune this “Oasis” displays striking views from the wide-open decks. Bright, airy and contemporary, this beautiful property offers a beach vacation that you will always treasure. Oasis offers a lovely private pool and plenty of room for a family to spread out and enjoy their privacy on each level. The Outer Banks has a lot to offer and this Oasis is just part of it. This property is in Spindrift community in the town of Corolla.
Top-Level: Great Room with TV and Wet Bar, Screened Porch Access, Kitchen with Island seats 4, Dining Table seats 8, Loft with a Desk, fax and phone; King Master Bedroom with TV, Jacuzzi, and Deck Access; Half Bathroom on landing.
Mid-Level: Den with TV and Deck Access, King Master Bedroom with TV and Deck Access; Queen Bedroom with Deck Access; Bedroom with 2 Doubles with TV and Deck Access; Hall Bathroom.

Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 24, 2024 and September 1, 2024, and May 23, 2025 and August 31, 2025.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

It is of course not our intent to have you enjoy anything less than an excellent vacation in any of our rental properties. The gate code for this particular subdivision is typically included in our communication to the lease holder and we regret that information did not make its way to you. We have followed up on the issues you outlined in your message because we were unaware of them during your stay, and we will ensure those are rectified for any future guests. All of our properties are indeed owned by individuals and the homeowner was actually occupying the property until the day of your arrival so we obviously regret that you feel there was any intent to dupe you in your vacation experience. We do indeed pride ourselves on the cleanliness of our properties and the processes we have in place. We regret that you feel we missed the mark on this one. This is a very popular house that has enjoyed an excellent following of repeat guests year after year and your expeience is not typical with the normal feedback we have on this home. Response from the manager Dear alkhat6, Thank you for taking the time to let us know your feelings about Oasis. We apologize that your expectations were not met with this property. We do see that you gave us a phone call about the bugs and the water leak, and I'm glad we were able to respond to those issues the same day. The leak was actually caused by an air conditioner that was overworking in the heat. The drain line on the unit got clogged and had to be cleared out. We again apologize for these issues that occurred during your stay, but sometimes things like this do happen when you rent another person's home. The key is responding to any issue that we can as quickly as we can. I hope you were not inconvenienced too much by these issues. We look forward to serving you again soon.
