New for 2024: New mattress and box spring in the top-level king master bedroom. New windows, doors, and paint in the mid-level den, bedrooms, and bathrooms. New TV in the mid-level den. The ground-level pool table has been refelted and there are new pool balls and cues. New TV in the ground-level rec room.
New for 2023: The top-level kitchen has been completely renovated! New cabinets, quartz countertops, sink, glass tile backsplash, windows, lighting fixtures, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen peninsula has been converted into an island. The top-level hall half bathroom has been renovated with a new cabinet, quartz countertop and sink, and new toilet. The entire top-level living area has been repainted with new lighting fixtures, ceiling fan in the living room, and a linear chandelier in the dining room.
Sea Scapes is your chance to enjoy an Outer Banks beach cottage, your own private pool, and easy beach access! The private pool has ample decking for relaxing after a morning swim and the spacious screened porch offers sea breezes in the evening for the whole family. The hot tub is on a mid-level deck for star gazing while relaxing at night. Are you a tennis enthusiast? The community tennis courts (newly surfaced in 2024) are on the corner for your convenience. A private Pool and a basketball hoop will keep everyone entertained outside. After a day of fun in the sun, there are HD TVs for watching the big game or a movie night. The interior is tasteful, and the owners take great care to maintain this property inside and out for your enjoyment. The whole family will want to come back to this charming property year after year!

Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 13, 2024 and May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Hot tubs are available year-round.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
