Description
It's a sunny open space with a beautiful view of the city, very very well located, where also large group of people can stay togheter in relax during their holidays and discover Florence and her beauty.
Interior 4-room attic apartment 180 mq on 2 levels on 3rd floor, nice, tasteful. Large living/dining room with 3 panoramic windows, with 2 regular single beds, 2 sofa in front of open fireplace, dining table for 8 persons, sat-TV, radio, stereo unit and air-conditioning, internet wi-fi.
2 large double bedroom. 1 very little single room with the possibility of 1 pouf-bed more, it's ok for young people.
2 large bathrooms and 1 sep. wc. The bathroom on the lower floor has bathtub, shower, bidet and 2 sinks.
The bathroom on the higher floor has a panoramic bathtub in front of Duomo Cathedral, wc, bidet and sink.
Kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, deep freezer, grill) with dining table for 4/6 persons, exit to the small balcony (3 mq) and to Sep. WC, bath/shower/WC. Gas heating.
Lovely view of the resort.
Facilities: washing machine, safe, iron, baby set, mosquito nets, air conditioned, laundry for all guest, wi-fi, phon, dishwasher, dvd, sat tv, littel balcony for smokers.
Ceilings with wooden beams. Double glazing. Parque flooring throughout the house.
The building is a tipical ancient small building without elevator, it's not ok for old guests or people who have problems at legs.
In front of the apartment the Museo Archeologico, near 30 mt P.zza S.S. Ma Annunziata, near 250 mt Galleria Accademia(David), near 500 mt Duomo.
The apartment is in the heart of the city, in the traffic limited zone.
Anyway, if you have a car,there are 2 private garages that makes a special price for tourist apartment, to leave the car there and have the access to the traffic limited zone every time. If you think to arrive by car please contact me and I will send to you all the informations you need.
Are welcome pets. The home is not for people who can not make stairs.
At the check-in you will meet a professional keyholder, who speaks the most populare languages, who will explain to you the home and all the most important news about the neighbours, restaurant and activities near the apartment and all the facilities of the home.
The keyholder will be at your disposition 24/24 h, the night only for emergency.
I will be anyway at your disposition everytime if you need more assistance by airbnb message.
The check-in time is elastic but must be agreed at least 5 days prior to arrival. If guest will arrive late in the apartment, without advise to the keyholder, more than 45 minutes, there is to pay €15.00 as an extra for the keyholder.
If you ask a late check-in between h 6-10 p.m. you will pay €30 as an extra for the professional person who is to wait for you after the usual tome to work.
If you need to arrive after h 10 p.m. it's a real problem, anyaway advise me and I will try to find a solution.
The apartment, comply with regulations and laws, it is required to pay to the municipality of Florence tourist tax, so guests during the check-in are asked to hand over this amount cash, equal to € 2,50 for each night for each guest over the age of 12 years old.
Then, the keyholder will ask also the identity documents of all guest to make the comunications about torists to the local Policy.
