Description
Villa Torre Alberghieri is a property dated back to the 19th century, in neoclassic style, located in the heart of the Chianti area, only 12 km far from Florence. This elegantly decorated villa of 525 m2 with stunning country views is perfectly positioned for those seeking the ultimate Tuscan experience. Bought as the owner's summer house, Villa Torre Alberghieri combines high standards with a cosy and warm feel throughout. Both sun-filled and green open spaces, high ceilings, a warm colour scheme with contemporary fresco paintings together with old original frescoed ceilings and walls, mosaic and terracotta floors as well as a beautifully designed park with fantastic views make this villa a special find.
Set on a private ground in the hills of the Chianti Classico area, just outside the villages Impruneta and Strada in Chianti, it has therefore a variety of traditional Tuscan restaurants, shops and markets on the doorstep. The historic town of Florence is also nearby (30-minute drive) and therefore offers a great opportunity for a daytrip as well as Siena, Arezzo, Lucca and Pisa. The villa is surrounded by a manicured park featuring flowering plants, trees and shrubs, lemon trees and other fragrances of the Mediterranean vegetation.
Fresco dining terraces, a great BBQ corner and a lawn for playing invite the guests and their young ones to relax and enjoy themselves. The highlight however is the tower … needless to say that the 360° views from here are simply breathtaking. The villa's interiors are decorated in original sophisticated neoclassic style creating a soothing and princely atmosphere with soft and radiant colours and numerous floor-to-ceiling windows. Featuring 5 main bedrooms, all with adjacent bathroom, Villa Torre Alberghieri provides plenty of space for couples, a family or group of friends. The large living and dining areas as well as the fully-equipped kitchen are ideal for spending quality time away from home.

ACCOMODATION
Ground Floor
Spacious entrance hall leads to the living room (with TV Sat, CD, DVD lectors and fan) and dining rooms (seats 18), elegantly decorated in neo classic style and with large door-windows opening out onto the park and fresco dining terraces.
Well-equipped kitchen with an old big fireplace, provided with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, squeezer, coffee maker, etc.
Billiard room with antique billiard and related accessories.
First Floor
Four bedrooms (3 double beds and 1 single bed) furnished in authentic antique style and 4 adjacent spacious bathrooms (2 with baths and 2 with shower). The windows of each room enjoy a relaxing view over the park and over the countryside. Bedrooms are separated by boudoirs and are perfect for their tranquility.

Double bedroom and adjacent bathroom with shower. Spiral staircase leads to an exclusive space inside the tower with an unique view at 360 degrees for making art, reading and thinking.

Linen and towels are provided, together with shower & beauty supplies, hair-drier, iron and ironing board. Principal cooking supplies are also provided such as vinegar, salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, tea, etc. Other apartment supplies: detergents for bath, kitchen, dish washer and laundry.
Swim Spa
Luxury heated Swim Spa with counter current, ideal for swimming, jogging in water or simply relaxing in one of the hydrotherapy massage seats. The powerful swim jets will permit a great workout and the flow of water can be regulated so that all swimmers will be able to enjoy themselves.
At the end of the day, choose the colours from the range of chromo therapy effects that best suit your mood and then simply relax in the soothing massage.

Please, note that costs for heating are not included in the price.
For groups of more than 9 persons there is the possibility to rent also the mansard (ID 5384443, pax 7 persons) located under the tower in the same building. Please contact the owner.
City fee is 2,00 Euro per day and person for the first 7 days (free for children under 14 years).
The property is only a 5-minute drive from the Ugolino Sporting Club, including 5 tennis courts, 2 soccer fields, gym, sauna, solarium, swimming pool. Moreover, for golf fans one of the most prestigious clubs, the Golf Club Ugolino.
For horse riding: Centro Ippico La Cipressaia; Scuola di equitazione Micheletto; Centro Equitazione I Noccioli; Centro Ippico Bagnolo; Associazione Sportiva Cavalieri del Chianti.

“Breathtaking beauty: A perfect week!”
It's hard to imagine how a group of friends and family from all around the world could gather with such high expectations and have them so beautifully met. We spent a week at Villa Torre Alighieri for a birthday party and each and every day became a celebration. We were greeted by the owner, Stefania Nin and the villa staff who worked with care and attention to tend to every detail for our group. Bedrooms were thoughtfully prepared and the shared gathering spaces (dining and living rooms, pool table room and the kitchen) were perfect. It is not unusual for families to gravitate to the kitchen, and for our group it was no exception. We found ourselves around the kitchen table and pulling chairs near the fire every morning as we shared coffee and planned our days. The Villa's geographical location is quite incredible with its proximity to Florence and so many beautiful nearby towns for excursions. The villa is situated in the rolling hills of Tuscany with lovely views in every direction from the terrace, balconies and the garden. We are so grateful to have found Villa Torre Alighieri and look forward to return visits for years to come!

“Beautiful villa - highly recommend”
We are a family of five that spent five days in this villa. It was perfect. Soaring ceilings, a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely pool, stunning mosaic floors, incredible outdoor space and views - pictures do not do this villa justice. There were ample towels, great hot water/water pressure, great kitchen, and WIFI. WIFI did not work throughout the entire house, but it is easy to find a spot that works. For some reason WIFI seemed to work beat on the terrace - can work with spectacular views! Booking was easy and communication with the owners before and during was easy and timely. They are very helpful. They have all kinds of info about the area laid out upon arrival. We were greeted with beverages and fresh fruit which was much appreciated. A grocery store is a 5 minute drive away. It is an easy drive to Florence, Lucca, Sienna, the sea...it is a great base to explore Tuscany. I would recommend bringing big spray. Mosquitos in the entire area (not just at the villa) were out and biting. This is a villa that you should not hesitate to book.
