The prices include: water, electricity, end cleaning, bed linen (change weekly), private parking and use of swimming pool with hydro massage, deckchairs and beach umbrellas.
Garantee deposit:150 euro or copy of the credit card at the delivery of the flat. The caution or the copy of the credit card will be given back at the release of the flat (except for damages).
Extra:
1)Wifi internet wireless connection: 30 euro for the first week.10 after the first week for longer stay.
2)Air conditioning/heating weekly: 50 euro
3)2 Towels (size M / XL) per change: 3 euro
4)Cot or small bed for children weekly (on reservation): 25 euro
5)High chair for children weekly (on reservation): 15 euro
6)Pets are allowed (small size and with prior authorization)
