The upper level has a huge outdoor terrace and hanging bed for relaxing siestas. The beach is 4 minutes walk away. Close to many excellent restaurants; bus stops, taxi rank, free Shuttle Bus to Paradise Village, convenience stores. Swimming pool. The penthouse is actually two suites that are connected but separate. Together, they offer 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and accommodate 10 people.   Just spent a fabulous two weeks at the penthouse. We had been searching for unique accommodations in the PV area and the penthouse delivered beyond our expectations! It is super chill...The combination of its location, privacy, security and serenity was exactly what we were looking for. Many days we had a hard time leaving the rooftop to go do anything else. Being located in the Nuevo Vallarta area you are well situated to visit other locales north such as Bucerias, Sayulita and San Pancho as well as being a convenient bus ride south into downtown PV. As we had friends staying both north and south it proved to be a perfect HQ for our visit. The 270 degree view was an added bonus as there was always something to see from our perch on the rooftop. Dana was an absolutely fabulous host, his thoughtful and personal attention during our stay went far beyond the "call of duty". He was an incredible resource for information about the area and a fun person to spend time time. We definitely feel we have made a new friend. We would love to return as we think we have discovered the perfect spot in the PV area and would highly recommend the penthouse to anyone looking for a truly special experience.

  My husband and I spent our honeymoon using just the penthouse, which has one bedroom. Everything about this place rocks! It's very private, extremely spacious, relaxing and full of happy sounds of all sorts of wildlife surrounding the area. Every morning the sun comes up right over the mountains and you can see it right from th e bed. Breathtaking!
  
  The owners take such great care of this space and you really feel safe. It's right near Vallarta adventures, so there is 24 hr security. It's great that the cab stand is basically less than a block away, so you can hop in one and head to my Fave, Sayulita, or Puerto Vallarta, Buccerias, Punta Mita to name a few of the great spots nearby. What is perfect about this place is that it's between Puerto Vallarta and Sayulita, so you can go surfing during the day, then go out to dinner downtown for dinner. We enjoyed the change of pace, and the absolute chill nature of where the condo is located. The free wi-fi also was a huge plus! :)
  The pool is nice and refreshing downstairs, as is the comforting hot tub after a long day. The hanging bed is such a cool concept and was another great addition!
  Restaurants are close; 5 or so within walking distance. The 8 tostadas restaurant was delish, and Eddie's was good for staples. There is a place that does laundry for you down the street (very nice to have that done vs a laundry mat on your vaca), as well as a convenient store.

  We stayed at this Penthouse for three nights in June 2008 and enjoyed every second of it. The property is modern, stylish and classy and has views which are absolutely breathtaking. We will never forget drinking cocktails watching the sun set. It was a highly memorable part of our holiday and we would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for an idylic place to stay in PV.

  This is a most characterful penthouse with a superb open plan upper floor. The views are wonderful, combining a marina, distant mountains and sea lions and dolphins below. Access to the beaches are just 5 minutes away. We had a wonderful holiday here, much of it spent in the penthouse looking out over the marina - drinks on the balcony or alongside the hanging bed and chiminea at night. Highly recommended - would visit again anytime.
