This is my second visit to Villa Estancia and the goal was pure relaxation. In addition to its naturally beautiful location and luxurious accomodations, Estancia provides the perfect setting to get away from it all. The pool is never crowded and yet it's a great family place if you want to bring the kids. The service at the restaurants is top notch and the wait staff is very anxious to please. We enjoyed the weekend entertainment at the piano bar-Albert, the piano player was very patient and accomodating with the crowd that had assembled to enjoy his music. So relaxing was our stay that we only left the resort twice over the course of a 6 day stay. Everything you need is right there on the property. And if you do enjoy crowds, the sister resort next store has more than enough people to accomodate you! Our room was perfect and had every amenity you could imagine. It was like our home away from home as we were even able to grab some tennis rackets from the closet and get in a little exercise in between a ton of relaxation. I am excited about my next visit to PV since I know we will be staying at our favorite resort in Nuevo Vallarta...

The rooms exceeded our expectations. They were big and well appointed. We loved the pantry stocked with food, bug spray, suncreens, and the cold beer in the refrig. The staff and facilities at La Estancia are 5 Star!

Brad and Joey Condo #1302: We loved your condo and had a great trip. This was our 7th trip to various sites in Mexico (4 in Nuevo Vallarta). Lve is the nicest place we've stayed. The condo is well appointed. There is an extra level of service here that one doesn't receive at other condo rentals. It was nice to be able to visit the market each morning for coffee. We played tennis or went to the gym each morning, then headed to the beach for the day. The 3rd floor unit was the perfect height; people couldn't see in, we could leave the doors open, but still run up the stairs. Although we've never felt unsafe in Mexico, it was nice to see hotel staff standing at all entrances.The concierge and bell hops were helpful with questions and reservations. Everyone always had a smile and good attitude. The proximity to Bucerias was a plus. Brad and Joey were easy to work with and well organized. We hope to return.

What a phenomenal vacation to Nuevo Vallarta. The property was exceptional, the staff and service were friendly and efficient even during peak season. Brad and Joey's place is top notch in terms of luxury amenities and views. We particularly loved the ease and convenience of the entire trip. We had dinner almost nightly in Bucerios. It would be hard to find a better spot.

We have been traveling to Nuevo Vallarta many times over the past few years. Brad and Joey's villa #1302, was the nicest one we have had the pleasure of renting. Very reasonable price, very easy rental arrangements, courteous and helpful staff and truly a beautiful condo snd location. Right on the beach and walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Large pool, swim up large bar, outstanding fitness facility, La Estancia offers everything you need. Bad and Joey's large condo is beautifully appointed with everything you require for your holiday. Arriving to their unit and greeted with cold beer in the fridge was a special treat. We are recommending the villa to all our friends and look forward to returning to La Estancia villa #1302 as soon as we can, certainly as soon as the snow starts to fall.

This was our 4th stay at LaEstancia, and our 2nd stay at Vila 1302, and it certainly will not be our last. Each time we visit LaEstancia we are always delighted to be there. The facilities are gorgeous, the staff is very attentive and upbeat, the pool is perfect, and the beach is pristine. Everything is spotless. The Villas make us feel like we are at home. They are very well built, quiet, comfortable, with a kitchen, bathrooms, and massive balcony that surround you in luxury. Brad & Joey's Villa, #1302, in particular has great ocean and pool views, and when we return, we will certainly be staying there again. A leisurly walk down the beach takes you to Bucerias, which is a charming little village with some of the best Mexican food and drinks you could ask for, and many of the restaurants you can be ocean front watching the sunset. Of all the places that we have traveled over the years, this has been our favorite and each time we leave, we look forward to returning.

Brad & Joey have an absolutely spectacular villa at Villa La Estancia! This was the second time we stayed at this beautiful resort. Our first experience was a one bedroom villa booked through Expedia in March, 2009. The villa itself was beautiful but set back and had limited views of the ocean. When booking though an online travel company you really don't know what you are getting. They cannot guarantee a specific villa, and we did not have assigned seats on the plane until the day of departure. Of course Brad & Joey do not handle air accommodations, but this is good to know. When booking though Brad & Joey you know exactly what you will receive. Villa 1302 is everything we expected and more. It is a beautiful villa, and large enough for our whole family. Our two adult daughters came with us and greatly enjoyed their own space with the second bedroom. Lots of room for everyone to be together, yet have our own space. Brad & Joey's villa is well equipped with supplies, games, boogie board, etc... and the kitchen is lovely. We had an absolute great time and look forward to returning! Thank you Brad & Joey for sharing your spectacular villa 1302!

As parents of 4 children, the two of us love to get away once a year just for ourselves. Puerto Vallarta is one of our favorite destinations. In December 2009, we visited Villa La Estancia for a second time. This time we rented directly from the owners of unit #1302, the aronson's. What a great experience. They were awesome to work with, the process was simple and the price was very reasonable. The Villa is everything the website says and more. It is one of the closest to the ocean, so you'll have no problem falling asleep to the sounds of the surf. It faces north and west, which gives you amazing ocean and mountain views during the day and beautiful sunsets in the evening. The villa is furnished well and stocked with all the utensils you'll need if you decide to stay in for the evening, which we did several times. We hit the mega mart ($6 taxi) the day of arrival and stocked up on food etc. The town of Bucerias is a short walk down a beautiful beach. It boasts excellent restaurants (Mark's is our favorite), markets and a nice town square. Villa La Estancia is a quiet and elegant resort; a great place to relax. The beach, pools, gym and grounds are well kept and not over crowded. Service is outstanding throughout the resort. The VLE Spa is fantastic. We had several treatments and every one of them was great. We highly recommend Villa #1302. With great owners and a setting like this you can't go wrong.

We have just returned from Brad & Joey's Villa La Estancia 1302, and, having visited lots of countries and having stayed at lots of hotels, including really luxurious ones, I have to say that this vacation was outstanding: even though I was prepared to see a really nice hotel, I was pleasantly surprised with the luxury that we have encountered at Villa La Estancia. Our last vacation was at Italian village at Beaches Turks & Caicos, and Villa La Estancia is beyond comparison to that renowned hotel. Service was one of the best we have ever had, every time we needed something, someone from the hotel was at our door in less than a minute. Comfort inside was complete with comfort outside - weather was very nice, and ocean was very warm and gentle even for my 3 year old son. Brad and Joey have properly prepared me for the visit - I knew exactly where to buy food, which restaurants to visit, and how much to pay for a taxi. In addition to this, all that luxury was for a very reasonable price (I have spent a lot of time looking for the best deal). Overall, excellent vacation, and we will definitely return to Brad&Joey;'s ocean front villa 1302 again.

We stayed at Brad & Joey's villa in February with my husband, and 3 kids, aged 2, 5 and 7. It was a fabulous experience and I would do it again in an instant. The villa was gorgeous, the resort was well maintained, perfectly suited for a family with 3 small kids. Everything was in full view of the villa, and it was incredibly easy to go from pool to beach to villa, in the event that you forgot something and had to go back and get it...which happened often. Defiitely would go back and recommend to families and couples alike!

We stayed at villa 1302 for a family vacation with our 4 children. We had a fantastic time. The villa is very clean and beautiful. The rooms were very comfortable, quiet and new, with nice, firm mattresses and cool a/c. We loved the private beach. The kids enjoyed the waves and loved getting drinks at the swim up bar in the pool! We took advantage of the activities next door at Flamingo Hotel, but were very happy to return to our quiet pool and beach for relaxation. It's the best of both worlds! Brad & Joey sent us a detailed letter with all the info we needed for a fantastic stay! Thanks!! We look forward to coming back!

My college girlfriends and i travelled down to Villa La Estancia to celebrate our 40th birthday year. It couldn't have been a better place to relax, laugh, & reconnect! We had such a wonderful time and it was the perfect getaway place! It is always hard to plan a group trip (there were 8 of us) so everyone has what they want and need on vacation but Villa La Estancia had it all! Everyone was absolutely satisfied beyond their expectations. SO comfortable, perfect amenities...beautiful pool, warm ocean, relaxing hammocks, and a quaint locals town just a jaunt up the beach. There was absolutely nothing missing!
All of us agreed we would go back both as a girls weekend and seperately with our respective families!
It truley was the perfect getaway! -

Brad and Joey's villa is beautiful! The view is fantastic! You can see the beach, the pool, and the beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The furnishings are lovely and comfortable! It is as wonderful as the descriptions. The service at Villa La Estancia is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You will not be disappointed in this villa! We definitely plan to return!

Your Nuevo La Estancia condo is by far the most beautiful and thoughtfully equipped we have ever enjoyed. We own two rental pool condos in Port Aransas, Texas, and strive to offer our guests extra little comforts, but you have far surpassed us. Cold beer in the refrigerator upon our arrival! Wow! Just one of many welcoming touches on your part.
The dining experiences at the resort and sister resort next door were outstanding, the pool was warm and refreshing, never crowded. The grounds so well maintained and quiet. I could go on and on. Thank you so much for all the wonderful furnishings. It was a fabulous vacation, just what we needed for rest and relaxation.

My family of 5 stayed in Brad and Joey's villa (1302) at Villa La Estancia from
Dec. 26, 2009-Jan. 2, 2010 It is a 20 minute ride from the airport and at
the end of the row of hotels, which we immediately liked. Check in was
pleasant and efficient.
As we opened the door to the villa, we were thrilled! It was large and
furnished and accessorized beautifully. Large bedrooms and bathrooms,
huge closets, well equipped kitchen, wonderful views and on and on.
We went to the grocery store, Mega, and ate most of our breakfasts and
lunches on the beautiful balcony. The pool was beautiful and we loved the
beach. It was one of the resort's busiest weeks of the year, and while the
staff seemed a bit overwhelmed at times, they were always courteous and
we could tell that they were really trying hard to please the guests.
We used Brad's cheat sheet a lot and it was really helpful. Brad was very
professional and prompt in answering any questions I had, which I really
appreciated. We were traveling with friends and he was helpful to them,
too. We have been to many beautiful resorts in Mexico, but I was always
looking for a place where we could have an apartment style living
arrangement, but still have all the amenities of a hotel. This had everything
we wished for and more.
Since we were with some friends (5 families in all) I got to see some of the
other villas. While the furniture and layout are the same, the decorating is
not. We were so happy with our stay in the Aronson's villa that we have
already booked it again for later this year. I would recommend it to anyone
looking for a beautiful villa in a wonderful location. -

other resort that we would go to. Villa 1302 is so beautiful and the
views amazing. Our family of 5 had more than enough room in the villa
and on the balcony. Thanks again guys for all you did in guiding us,
answering questions and providing all your games, books and toys in the
pantry. You really take care of your guests. -

Unit 1302 was spacious and comfortable for a family of four plus my mother. I liked having a kitchen to prepare some of the meals. The service from the Villa La Estancia staff was friendly and sincere - especially at the pool. The bell boys always found great drivers for our excursions to other areas (San Pancho, the botanical gardens, downtown Pueto Vallarta, etc.) The owner, Brad, was easy to communicate with - anytime. We really enjoyed the the location of Villa la Estancia. It was easy walking distance to Bucerias (to the North) and to other hotels and resturants to the South. The views at sunset from the balcony were gorgeous over Banderas Bay. My family enjoyed the pool each day we were there. And, the food was very good. All in all, it was the perfect place for a family vacation.

We had the most wonderful time at their villa. It was our best vacation ever to Mexico. The inside of the villa is just spectaular. You could live there. Brad & Joey were so helpful to us from booking to answering all of our crazy questions.

Extraordinary… That’s the best word to describe Brad and Joey’s villa at Villa
La Estancia in beautiful Neuvo Vallarta. The villa had panoramic ocean views
from the exquisite balcony. This 5 star resort is absolutely amazing with an
incredible spa, workout facility, restaurant, swim-up bar, multi-level pool,
excellent beach access, and first class staff.
While visiting Neuvo Vallarta, we enjoyed deep sea fishing, relaxing on the
beach, relaxing by the pool, enjoying refreshments at the swim-up bar,
nightlife in Puerto Vallarta, Canopy Adventures zip-line and ATV tour, tequila
tasting, great shopping, and memories to last a lifetime.

My friend and I left cold and rainy Sacramento and arrived in Nuevo Vallarta greeted by the warm sun and a gentle breeze. We were looking for a fun getaway to decompress for a few days. Villa Estancia is a short 20-minute drive from the airport unless you need to stop in for “supplies”. Then, of course, it takes a little longer.
Our driver was both helpful and accommodating as we made a couple of stops. He was well familiar with Villa Estancia and informed us we were in for a special treat as it is one of the nicer resorts in the area. Upon arriving we discovered that the driver was partially right. Estancia IS the nicest resort in the area! The grounds are lush and clean, the suites are spacious and spectacular.
The Master Suite was well appointed with comfortable chairs, king size bed, a cozy couch, and had a great ocean view. My favorite feature of the room was the spa located just a few feet from the king size bed.
The Guest Suite is also spacious with two beds that make it the perfect family resort. The suite is located across the breezeway behind a locked gate to give both rooms privacy and security. Both rooms had internet access so we were able to stay in touch with the “outside world” as much or as little as we wanted.
The resort has a private beach as well as a beautiful pool and pool bar. We spent our fair share of time at both the beach and the pool bar! A short walk up the beach also gets you into the small town of Bucerias, which is quaint, quiet, and offers a number of great dining options should you decide to venture off the resort grounds. I recommend it since there are some fine places to eat at very reasonable prices.
Overall, I would rate our experience a 10 on a 1-10 scale and am currently planning my stay for early next year.

We had the wonderful opportunity to stay in Brad and Joey's Oceanfront Villa at Villa La Estancia last November. We had never been to Nuevo Vallarta, but now will probably only go nowhere else in Mexico as it was the most amazing property!!! The villa was beautiful and perfect for our family of 5. Our favorite part was the spacious balcony with the BBQ and ocean view! The resort was clean, beautiful,and had such a friendly staff....EVERYTHING was 5 star!! The beach was so fun for our three kids and there was so much to do (banana boats, horseback rides, parasailing, jetskiing, volleyball!) We rarely left the property but did go on 2 excursions to the dolphin encounter and ziplining which were fantastic. Thank you Brad and Joey for letting us stay in your beautiful villa. We stayed at villa 1302 in January 16-23, 2009. This was our first stay at Villa La Estancia and boy were we impressed. We were greeted in the lobby and handed moist cold towels to clean our hands and face and given a very refreshing cold tea. We knew we were in for a treat right then and there.
We are now spoiled. The moment you walk into the villa, you know you have arrived at a very special place. The decor was incredible. Luxury all the way. The place was probably 2000 sf or so. Our villa was an oceanfront. All the villas have views of the ocean, but our view was visable throughout the villa which was extra special and was the closest to the ocean of all the villas. We spent many evenings on the balcony watching the sunset with our friends, having nice wine and playing cards. Very relaxing and fun
We mostly spent relaxing time by the pool during the day. Our servers were so accomodating to our special requests. We went into PV one day just to see it, but that was enough. We went to Bucerias which is just a 20 minute walk or 5 minute taxi a couple of times for dinner and lunch. Many of the restaurants are right on the beach! We like Bucerias more than PV. Smaller, more real Mexican type town.
We ate at the fine dining restaurant at VLE. Very nice and resonable prices. We also enjoyed the Pizza bar/Italian restaurant.
The villa has a full designer kitchen and washer and dryer. Though we didn't cook any meals, we did go to Mega and have a lot of prepared food for snacks. Staying a week usually means bringing a lot of clothes but having the washer/dryer allowed us to bring a lot fewer clothes.
We are looking to bring other friends and family back next year for a big reunion and to share with them this special place we found.

Brad & Joey, We are happy to do a review of your place in Nuevo Vallarta at Villa La Estancia. We had such a wonderful stay at your villa 1302 if I remember correctly. The views were incredible and we were so glad we ended up renting from you. We saved a lot of money vs Expedia and as you told us, we got to stay in your exact villa which was a true oceanfront. We met two other families that paid more than us per night and they were not in oceanfronts!!!!
The villa was decorated so nicely and we really enjoyed having the kitchen and washer and dryer. Thanks again for placing games, books and cards in your pantry. I think we used something every day. We played tennis once, but the racquets you left for guest to use must be broken, cause we couldn't hit the balls very well, Ha ha.
Your Cheat Sheet really helped us get around the airport and find good restaurants. We loved walking to Bucerias for lunch and shopping. We did the Dolphin swim which was incredible!!
We just can't say enough wonderful things about our stay. The pool was perfect, the beach was the best and the staff at the resort made us feel like we lived there. Please thank Juan for us for all his help
