Kunuku Villa is a brand new modern villa located in a quiet residential area of Modanza.
This beautiful modern villa is built on 2 lots, making the back area of the villa very spacious and private. Kunuku Villa also features 3 fully airconditioned bedrooms with their own closets. The house also boasts 3 separate bathrooms and a well-equipped kitchen and living room, also air-conditioned. There is a cozy covered porch overlooking its beautiful private pool and the garden landscape.
The highlight of this house is the outdoor area perfect for lazy days and pool side BBQ's.

It offers nice and high quality lounge chairs. In Aruba 80% of the houses do not have ac in the living rooms. There is always a continuous cool breeze which Aruba is known for, though this is an unusual warm weather for this time of the year.
