Description
Moose Lodge on Cranberry Lake is what the U.P. is all about! A rustic yet beautiful Log cabin, on a small, private inland lake, just 25 miles se of Munising/Pictured Rocks area. If you are looking for a private cabin in a rustic area for your family and friends to enjoy a quiet vacation this is a great location in the woods! Located on 28 acres, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, approximately 1400 square feet, the beauty of Moose Lodge will surely bring you back again. The full kitchen has stainless steel appliances (including a gas range) and a log dining table. The wood burning fireplace is a focal point, adorned with beautiful stone. On the main floor you will find the master bedroom with a queen size log bed, walk-in closet, dresser and flat screen TV; the bunk room with a set of twin log bunks, dresser and a full length log style mirror. The bunk room is perfect for the kids or two singles. There is a full bathroom with new tile floors and laundry on the main floor as well. Sliding glass doors look out at beautiful Cranberry Lake.
**Please contact me for any spring stays as the road can be difficult to drive on during months of April and May and sometimes winter depending on our snow levels** 4 wheel drive is best for getting to the cabin, the last 1 mile is on a dirt road; all the rest is highway.

Main floor: master bedroom with queen bed; bedroom 2 with double bed, full bathroom, kitchen, living area
Loft: 3rd bedroom with double bed, full bathroom, sitting area with two huge beanbag chairs, couch and tv. View is the forest. The loft is So comfy and inviting, it's perfect for reading or a little snooze.
We may allow 2 additional guests for a total of 8 max, but please inquire first (additional fees are required). There is a couch in the living area on main floor and another one in the loft. They are not sofa sleepers.
Wifi: We now have fast wifi! Fiber Optics was recently installed, no more slow wifi. :)
Moose Lodge on Cranberry Lake is beautifully decorated with a Moose theme and accents. Dried weeds beautifully displayed in a rustic vase is just a sample of the appeal in this home.
The one car garage is a nice amenity for parking, keeping your outdoor gear secured or working on your sleds in the winter.There is parking for a trailer or two in the driveway and if you have a larger one, outside the driveway is plowed. Our winter is harsh at times so be aware as sometimes there is so much snow the road is on the narrow side. This area is a beautiful spot for a romantic winter getaway. You can ride from the cabin to a connector trail and then to the main trail.

“The perfect getaway spot”
from the location to the cabin this was a fantastic place to stay. Quiet and secluded with a little lake perfect for paddling. Family friendly and relaxing I can’t wait to go back.
