New for 2022: Name changed to Belle Haven (formerly Barefootin'), two new bedrooms and two new bathrooms added to house, new living room added with 65" TV (photos of additions coming soon).
New for 2021: New owners. All new kitchen appliances (major and minor), new light fixtures in the dining and kitchen, new ground-level grilling deck, and driveway expanded.
Take it easy on the multiple decks, with plenty of room for lounging, and see the great views from the top deck. Stay home one night, cook a great seafood dinner and dine al fresco on the screened-in porch. There are LCD TVs for watching the game or a movie.
Top-Level: Great Room with 55” Smart TV, Kitchen with Bar seats 4, Dining Table seats 8, Access to Screened Porch, Hall Half Bathroom, King Master Bedroom with Smart TV and Whirlpool Tub.

Private Pools are open from May 3, 2024 until October 12, 2024, and May 2, 2025 until October 11, 2025. Pool heat is an available option at this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Hot tubs are available year-round. Fireplace seen in photos is non-functioning and not available for use. This property provides a $250 credit toward beach gear delivered to your rental property. *Delivery fees may apply.* Offer only good for full weeks booked with check-ins beginning between May 24, 2024 and September 1, 2024.
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.

“Great stay!”
We enjoyed our stay at barefootin! Easy walk to the ocean with two toddlers and plenty of "stuff" to do in the area. House was so clean and accommodating. We had a wonderful time.

“Wonderful house with lots of extras”
The pictures don't do this house justice. It has updated tvs and lots of extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, a wagon, and lots more.
