Indian Harbour Beach Club 303 is proudly owned by ‘Stay In Cocoa Beach', the largest owner of premium beachfront vacation rentals on the Space Coast!

Enjoy the beautiful, direct oceanfront views from your extra-large private balcony and throughout the unit. The balcony is accessible from both the living room and Master bedroom. This two bedroom, two full bathroom, ocean front unit is a must see!

This unit comes with everything you would need on a vacation such as free wireless internet, beach toys and accessories, linens, towels, a full kitchen and much, much more. You can comfortably sleep 6 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and a queen sized air mattress for additional sleeping (not a sofa sleeper).

Indian Harbour Beach Club is located as close to the beach as you can get. With private access to the quiet white sand beaches you can always find a spot to enjoy the beach without dealing with crowds. The beautiful, well maintained complex has a heated oceanfront pool which overlooks the ocean.

By renting with the Stay in Cocoa Beach Family, you are guaranteeing yourself an easy, hassle-free vacation. We are available for you to call at any time and are always happy to answer any questions you may have. Together, my siblings and I have been renting in the Space Coast area for over 10 years.

Response from the manager Everything possible was done to accommodate this guest, including having myself, cleaning lady and repair-man stop by the unit several times within the first couple days of check-in to address even the smallest of items. Unfortunately the guest was very demanding and unreasonable. I would encourage you to check out all of our other comments and reviews, as we rarely have unhappy guests. This guest mentioned in their review that they would not wish rent the unit again in the future. This is contrary to the call I received from them during their stay requesting to re-book the unit for the same period the following year, but only if they received a substantial “repeat renter” discount. Although we do offer small discounts for repeat guests, I was not willing to accept their offer based on the amount they wanted and the pain they caused. This review was only posted after I explained to them that our rates were not flexible and I did not wish to rent to them again. We take a great deal of pride in making sure our units are in good maintenance and cleaning. We regularly inspect all of our properties.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
