Description
This bright and cheerful 2 bedroom home with all the amenities is perfect for visitors to Merida. It is fully stocked and furnished to be comfortable for short or long-term rentals. Conveniences include a fully equipped kitchen, fine bedding and linens, high-speed wireless internet, cable TV, DVD/VHS player.
The house is located in the Francisco de Montejo area of Merida in a pleasant neighborhood conveniently located between the downtown Merida Centro (15-20 min drive) and Progresso Beach to the North (25-30 min drive). It has a great location close to many restaurants and shops and half a block from a large park. It is nearby schools, gyms, shopping malls, and 1 block from major bus routes. Address: Calle 57B #242 x 44 x 46 Francisco de Montejo, Merida, Yucatan, Merida.
The MASTER BEDROOM is furnished with attractive rustic wood furniture and comfortable full bed. The bedrooms have mini-split air conditioners to keep you comfortable on warm Merida nights. The rest of the house has effective ceiling fans that keep the house felling fresh and airy.
The SECOND BEDROOM contains a full bed, computer desk and bookshelves. (computer not provided) Mini-split air conditioner.
The KITCHEN includes a standard refrigerator/freezer, large gas stove/oven, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, pots, pans, dishes, utensils, accessories, etc.
The DINING ROOM contains an attractive rustic wood table and 6 chairs and lovely storage hutch.
The LIVING ROOM incudes a comfortable sofa and oversized chair, coffee tables and charming decorations.
The BATHROOM consists of a large (hot water) shower, toilet, and sink.
The back PATIO is equipped with a comfortable patio table, shaded by an orange tree. There is a small charcoal grill available as well as a hammock to relax and enjoy the outdoors
