Description
Neek Kaan is a brand new condo development 2 km from downtown Progreso. The property is steps from a beautiful beach and has a maintained pool. Two huge bedrooms with 1 queen, 1 double, and 1 twin bed (and a hammock!)
-We have recently updated the condo with a number of things:
-The whole condo has been tiled
-Fresh paint, decorating, bedding etc. (2022)
-New furniture and storage options
-Cable TV
-Dedicated high speed internet (WIFI)
-New flat screen TVs
-New lighting
-New AC unit
-New on demand hot water heater
Bright and breezy ground floor unit with easy access to the pool from the deck. High speed wifi, cable TV, and a DVD collection included. Brand new appliances, including fridge, stove, washer/dryer, and air conditioning.
There are restaurants and small shops in the immediate area, and it's a nice walk down the beach to Progreso's famous Malecon, with great restaurants and all amenities (groceries, banks, theater, etc.)
Reliable (and cheap) public transit is available to and from the complex to Chicxulub and Progreso.
