Villa La Poggerina, Heaven under the Tuscan Sun.
Open the window of your room to find yourself immersed in a beautiful natural surroundings, overlooking the green hills of the Chianti and relaxing by the pool in the midst of age-old olive groves.
Villa la Poggerina is a beautiful Tuscany Farmhouse villa for rent (400 sq.m inside and 900 sq.m outside) surrounded by hills and vineyards wih a spectacular view.
The farm house is located at 350 meters above sea level in the heart of tuscany (Greve in Chianti and Valdarno countryside) where the guests can enjoy a fresh and peaceful environment, very close to the cities of Florence, Siena and Arezzo.
All Rooms are equipped with modern air conditioning system , silent at night and hygienized every change.
First Floor

The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with amost everything and it's very large, here you can cook or have cooking classes, The panoramic view studio and the large kitchen leads to the garden with 400 sq.m. extension and a panoramic view with a covered terrace for outdoor dining and various garden furniture with typical italian herbs for cooking like basilico, salvia and more.
Close to the garden you will find also a big grill area and an professional pizza oven furnished with all the materials and woods.
Second Floor
From the ground floor you can access to the first floor with a wooden staircase where there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom with a big shower and another bedroom with a staircase that provides access to a large private bath with tub and roof window.
The Attic floor
From the first floor you can access the attic floor with a wooden staircase where there are a bathroom and another bedroom with two beds.
Rooftop terrace
The property includes a rooftop terrace, perfect for aperitivo or romantic dinners.
Swimming Pool
Located close to the garden, there is a 100 sqm area with the swimming pool (10m x 6m) with a water slide for funny moments and with relaxing forniture. The pool it's totally furnished with Floats, sunbeds, umbrella, and outside shower. The pool si 140cm to 190cm deep. The pool will be closed from oktober to may.
The house has also a garage and a courtyard and is equipped with satellite TV, DVD player, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, oven and microwave, gas stove, espresso machine, central heating, WiFi internet and a kitchen garden, producing vegetables for the guests.
We organize also private dinners, pizza chef events and typical tuscan cooking lessons with our English speaking chefs and with other local experienced Chefs.
If you're looking for a unique and memorable vacation in tuscany and enjoy the combined pleasures of food, wine and travel, we promise an opportunity to indulge all your senses.
We have a Bio kitchen garden and other bio products (eggs) for you included in the price.
