There is an amazing water slide close by where you can swim with the dolphins or sea lions; world class golf courses are minutes away. At the end of the day sip a margarita and watch the evening lights of Puerto Vallarta and the cruise ships in the bay from the patio balcony.

You can shop at your favorite stores: Wall Mart, Sam's Club, and Costco and dine at Outback's and at gourmet Mexican restaurants with world class cuisine. Five minutes away is Yo Yo Mo's in Bucerias which has your favorite NFL Team on its many TVs and it has the best pizza you have ever eaten this side of Italy.

North of the resort is Punta de Mita where you can spend the day and dine at the Four Seasons Restaurant or at Sayulita, a surfer's paradise. The area and Puerto Vallarta are safe. Public transportation is safe to use. A rental car is recommended but there's alternative transportation: taxis, and the safe local bus into town is very reasonable ($1.00 USD) and local musicians may serenade your trip

Guests enter the condo by a secure key less entry door lock. A Property Manager is available for any questions, referrals, etc. He is only a telephone call away. Property Owner is available by telephone. House phone permits guests to call USA and Canada with unlimited calls. The Beach Club serves snacks, drinks and lunch and dinner. It's a great family gathering place.
