This elegant apartment enjoys a prime city centre location overlooking Edinburgh Castle with dramatic, unrestricted Castle views from the two large sitting room windows. Ideal two guests and furnished to a high standard throughout to ensure a comfortable stay. Enjoy a peaceful night's sleep in the king size bed with luxurious bedding. Separate sofa bed sleeps one. Maximum 3 guests. Complimentary bathrobes, welcome pack, and wi-fi. Saturday Farmer's Market on your doorstep.
Explore the city on foot. Edinburgh Castle, the Royal Mile, Princes Street Gardens, Grassmarket, Museums and Galleries are on your doorstep. Here you can discover Edinburgh's rich history, visit the historic sights, galleries and museums, shops, traditional pubs, and restaurants. Take time out to relax in Princes Street Gardens from where you can gaze up to the Castle.
The Edinburgh sightseeing tour bus stops very conveniently just across the road.
This apartment is ideal for romantic or city breaks, especially for those who are looking for history and culture. It sleeps 2 people very comfortably with a king size bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the sitting room. The peaceful bedroom is located to the rear of the property and looks onto internal gardens. The kitchen has been modernised and has a NEFF hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washer/dryer.
The apartment is located in an historic A listed builidng (1866), originally commissioned by Queen Victoria (there is a statue of her on the roof!).
On arrival you will be met by the owner who will show you how everything works in the apartment. You will receive a complimentary welcome pack.
There are many restaurants to choose from locally and the famous Castle Terrace restaurant is just next door. Edinburgh's thriving Farmer's Market takes place in the street outside every Saturday morning - here you can buy a wide range of organic Scottish produce. There is also a good supermarket within a two minute walk.
