New Luxury condo with FULL COMFORT , 1 master BR and 1 visit BR w/2beds, 2BA marble (a huge master bath with a jetted jacuzzi tub that opened up to the bedroom), well equipped kitchen with wine cooler, Wi-Fi. TV40' . All amenities. - Very spacious terrace with partial ocean view to Medano Beach, just steps from the beach. -- Swimming pool and nice garden. Gate guarded 24/7. Excellent location, near to Marina, luxury malls & restaurants, and surf, snorkel and fishing services. The best choice for families. Covered parking space. EXCELLENT CHOICE for senior, elevator at the door of the Condo, very wide aisles and doors, very large balcony with a side view to the ocean.

Getting around

The neighborhood where you will find the condo is very safe to walk anywhere at any time, and can be reached by walking with security to restaurants or shopping malls in the night. The condo has a perfect location for easy and fast to any site, to The Marina, the luxury malls, cinema, to the best places for fun, and of course to the El Medano beach, which is the main of Cabo San Lucas. As to other beach , you can arrive by hiring a taxi or get there by bus, it is cheap, clean, comfortable and fast. If you want local transport or taxi, the concierge can resolve your request very quickly.

Our condo is perfectly conditioned to comfortably host up to 5 people. We have available chairs for the beach and a small cooler. We also have towels for the beach. and also an excellent BBQ grill on the terrace. it's great!

How do damage deposits work?

If Claudia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
