Description
Casa Jubiloso sets above pristine jungle with an expansive view of the ocean and full sunsets year round. You are a short 15 minute walk to semi private beaches or a 40 minute walk through lush jungle to the busy little town of Sayulita.
The upstairs level has 1 king and 1 twin. There is a full kitchen, huge bathroom, large living area and veranda. Upper is $160 per night.
The downstairs level is completely seperate and rental is only available when renting the whole house. There is a queen and twin as well as bathroom. There is a small kitchen.
$250 is the cost for the entire house.
There is a new 40 foot palapa overlooking the ocean and grounds as well as a pool.
The house is fully solar and cool breezes are constant throughout the property.
The house water runs through a UV filter system for clean showers and washing. We provide plenty of bottled drinking water.
A car rental is suggested to make travel easier and we suggest the beaches of Punta Mita and La Lancha a short drive away for the best surfing and cleanest beaches..

“Relax and unwind”
Firstly many thanks for this great experience, just what we needed after a week in Guadalajara, lovely city but very busy. Eric too was great, left us to it after the initial showing then arrived on last day to arrange for us to leave early (not a problem). The Casa is a little way from Sayulita and would definitely recommend a car (golf buggy not enough to negotiate the jungle track (this is quite an experience and whilst evidences seclusion could prove challenging to some ....just have your provisions prepared). The Casa and surroundings are lovely, amazing view of the Pacific, we watched Whales from the pool. The Casa is quite basic but has everything you need apart from binoculars (bring these) and a washing machine, it was clean enough and although there were four of us staying in the whole building there was enough space for us to escape from each other. I’m would not have liked being there with people we didn’t know! We used the make-shift BBQ (wheelbarrow) which was entertaining. The only negatives for us were the noise from the building work which ran between 9am and 6pm and the neighbour’s music between 8am -9:30am the again sundown until 10:30pm, we had had enough mariachi by the time of leaving. Because you are in the jungle make sure you have enough insect spray....,! And be mindful of the scorpion that lives in the umbrella stand near the pool! No trouble if you have footwear at night, never about during the day. Overall this was a truly amazing escape! Thanks
