Description

This is a newly refurbished 1 bedroom apartment .the apartment only sleeps the maximum of 2 adults and 2 children. we dont accommodate anymore than 2 adults.This newly renovated apartment is in a great location, 7 minute walk from a train station, shops, restaurants, and a pub, with easy access to central London only 25 minutes by train.

lots of history locally and places to visit. Greenwich is 4 miles away with plenty to see and do. we have 1 golf course within a 5 minute walk and 2 others within a 15 minute walk. near by within a ten minute walk you have a high street with lots of shops and restaurants, we have a couple of gymnasiums nearby and swimming pools, it has a double bed with a Tv and walk in wardrobe, USB charging points. The front room is open planed to the kitchen that has a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven and hob, and a washer dryer. there is a small dinning table and 4 chairs. This is a ideal base if you want to visit central London ,This property is ideal for a couple or a family with children. it is not ideal for 4 adults, we have a private pool at our property and this is not included in the package offered but if it is up and running and we are not using it we may offer this free of charge, this also includes the access to the rear garden. We are a friendly family of 4 and would like to make your stay pleasant. please note we do note rent this out for parties

Getting around

There is a train station 7 minutes walk from the property. It takes 25 minutes to get to central London. We have bus stops 100meters from the apartment that go to the high street. You can also easy get to Greenwich from here.

We are here to make sure you enjoy your stay. We can give you advise on places to travel and help you book them if needed. We wont pester you. We leave you to enjoy yourself with the added comfort that you can call on us if needed. about Us, we are a Active family of 4 Our children that are now grown up are 16 and 20 years young, we enjoy the local walks , Riding our bikes and eating out. This area copes for that. we would like to welcome you to stay at our apartment and give you as much info and advice as possible so you enjoy your stay,

Please note no early check in as we need extra time to clean and sterilise the apartment to be COVID safe. General notes The pool and rear garden are not included in the booking. it is the apartment only. we may offer the access to the garden free of charge if we are not using it and if they are safe to do so. please note we also have a grooming parlour on site that operates 2-3 days a week from 9am to 4 pm . this is normally quiet but on the odd occasion you might get the odd bark.
