Description

Casa De Ja View is just that. Fully sanitized between guests, Beautiful views watching the cruise ships come and go. Snorkel or Scuba right off our dock. This unit has WiFi at the entire swimming pool / beach area.

We have a 6 passenger Tahoe available on location with or without driver for an additional charge and deposit.

The condo is 100% electric, no fumes to ever worry about.

Washer & Dryer laundry room can be unlocked and used for a small additional fee. A cleaning fee is mandatory for the end of your trip. Additional cleaning days can be arranged for $60 each.

Once your a confirmed booking we will invite you to our Facebook page for the condo where you can see things that others have done and enjoyed, fell free to enter your experiences also.

Getting around

Parking & Rental cars: You may park in the garage of either tower or across the street. If in the garage, Put a 4AN sign on your dash in the event your car needs to be moved. Ask the elevator doorman to program your elevator/garage access cards, programming changes every month. Rental cars/jeeps cost about $55 to $75 a day with insurance included, The doorman can get one delivered to you. Scooter rentals are everywhere. We have a 7 passenger Tahoe available on location with or without driver for an additional charge and deposit.

Interaction with guest

I am a phone call away for any help you might need. Bring some Pesos, while everyone accepts dollars, the exchange rate is not in your favor on the street. Your bank can get you Pesos or all the local banks exchange money. Your credit card is your best option, almost all establishments accept them but Taxis and street vendors do not.

If Ward (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
