Presenting an elegant Mexican Hacienda, with unsurpassed 360 degree panoramic ocean and mountain views, located within a private, gated, and fully secure oceanfront community. Adjacent to the world renowned Palmilla One and Only Hotel you are minutes away from Cabo and San Jose and have direct access to a beautiful private beach. Designed to foster memorable moments with close family and friends, the property includes private infinity pool, hot tub, BBQ / picnic areas, fire pit, and meditation gardens. All bedrooms are ensuites, including 2 king sized master bedrooms, a bunk room with 4 full beds, and a private casita with 2 full beds, kitchen, and gardens. House and kitchen is fully equipped, including wifi, Netflix, and play station.
Beautiful brick ceilings and Saltillo tile floors provide a true Mexican ambience. Below you will find a private secluded beach that runs all the way down to the One and Only Palmilla. Complete peace and quiet with no vendors.
Our amazing and professional property manager lives a few doors away and is available as needed or to arrange any amenity (airport pickup, private chef, maid service). Otherwise the property manager will be available at check in and check out to provide guests with maximum privacy.
The hacienda is gated with 24 hour security and was completely renovated in 2017. All furniture, appliances, bedding, pool, and kitchen equipment is brand new. Beach chairs, cooler, and snorkel sets available for use at the beach or your day trips. Guests are advised to rent a car for day trips to all that Los Cabos has to offer. While it is an approximate 5 minute walk downhill to the beach guests with mobility / fitness issues may also need help walking back up to the house given its panoramic ridge top location.
Our goal is for our guests to leave with amazing memories from their stay at Hacienda Del Mar including full use of spaces specifically designed for fun and social interaction. We would appreciate our guests being respectful towards neighbors, staff, and other community members and would request outdoor activities to quieten down by 10pm. Guests should follow general rules for pool safety and children should be supervised at all times in the pool area and gardens. One of the unique features of the property and the reason for the incredible views and outside spaces is its tiering down a slope which provides a range of unique spaces at different levels including the infinity pool.
