we had a marvelous stay in the condo, the housekeeper Dani was delightful and very helpful in cooking breakfast and lunch so we didnt have to eat out too much. The condo is very well appointed and comfortable.

We have stayed at this property on multiple occasions for our frequent business trips. Without question, in the market of apartment rentals in Santo Domingo, there is no other that compares to this one, in reference to service, amenities, attention to detail, car/driver service, the doorman, the full time maid/chef/housekeeper Dani, there is never a question where we plan to stay on our trips there. I would highly recommend, we will continue to rent this apartment each month, and I'm an avid reviewer of just about anything that involves customer service.

We wish to thank Mr. Mitch for his kindness, everything was great. The apartment is excellent because it's well located and has all the amenities in a very good area.
Mr. Mitch also recommended to Mr. Maximo as a taxi driver and was a 5 star service in addition to having great prices is a very professional and friendly. We have to say Thank you Mr. Maximo! our tours were wonderful.
Dani who was our cook, maid and housekeeper is wonderful person, your attention is worthy of recognition, we felt at home, plus delicious cooking was always watching us. Dani thank you very much for your attention, we miss you Dani! -

This was my first trip to Santo Domingo and I traveled with friends who have been a number of times. The condo was just unbelievable, the pictures didn't do it any justice. For vacationing, the space was bigger than most american homes!!! The condo was gated, had security (although not needed) and was in one of the nicest areas (Naco) within the city. Donny was simply amazing as she attended to our every need and was very helpful. Mitch gave us the run down on the city and two cell phones so we can communicate without being charged huge roaming charges from our home carrier. Although we rented a vehicle, Mitch had a driver on standby that spoke English just in case we needed him. Dealing with Mitch was very easy and we will be giving him a call when we return in February. Great job Mitch and keep up the good work. Tell Donny we said hello!!!

When we arrived at this apartment, I was so surprised. All the details, the furnishings, very high end and kept like new. The internet was high speed, there was more space than we expected, and the service by Dani was incredible. She gave us better service than a 5 star restaurant, and made us feel at home, just a great pleasure to be with. Our friends that visited us in this apartment could not believe we found such a treasure, we will be calling Mitch soon again to rent from him!

The apartment itself was very clean and nice. I think the real difference maker here though was the maid, Dani. She was phenomenal, always looking after our stuff and keeping the apartment nice and tidy. We even asked her to make us a few local meals which were absolutely fantastic. Location wise it is fairly accessible to the major highways and we could get to the nearest beaches within 20-30min. Driving in this city is a whole different story though.
We did have a slight hick-up in our check-in because we were arriving very early in the morning (4:30am) and even though they knew about it we ended up having to wait 1-2 hours for someone to come let us in. Despite this one problem however, Mitch and Dani definitely did their best to make the rest of our stay very pleasant and one of our friends even accidentally left some money in the apartment which Mitch promptly wired back to him. Not to mention we got a pretty good deal on the place and Mitch was willing to work with our early arrival and late departure. -

The stay here is the apartment was excellent the customer service by Mitch was supreme, and the house cleaning and cooking by Donnie was worth the best I have ever experienced in my travels.

First off, I can't speak highly enough about Mitch. We had a specific need for accommodations in Santo Domingo close to my brother's place for a family reunion over Christmas. Mitch worked with me from day one to find a suitable apartment in a suitable neighbourhood. Most of the dealings I had through internet ads were a dead end street, but Mitch was quick to answer my questions and willing to flex. After a few months of communication back and forth we got to the apartment and I was blown away. It was beautiful and more than suited our needs. The décor was lovely, the neighbourhood safe and within walking distance from bank machines, supermarket and shopping. The icing on the cake that took me totally by surprise was the added bonus of Dania, the live-in houseworker. She was so resourceful, she was a huge help with some of our family meals, and just a lovely person to get to know for our short time there. It probably sounds like I was paid to advertise, but honestly, this place was an unexpected blessing to our family and made it possible for us to have a reunion minus the trauma of logistical mayhem and family squabbling. We could have been renting several hotel rooms and camping out in each others' bedrooms. Instead we had a place where we could host family, a dining table we could sit down to, a living area we could spread out in, and comfortable beds to sleep in at night. I would do it again in a heartbeat.

Our stay was amazing. The apartment was well beyond our expectations. Mitch was wonderful. He corrisponded our flight schedules and met us at the apartment and even had his friend John pick us up another friend from the airport in a separate vehicle for a small fee. The apartment was top notch and included an elavator door that opens directly to the apartment's living room, a luxurious master bedroom that included a massage table, and maid, Dani, who cooked all meals that we requested and even washed clothes if we requested. Mitch was very informative, assisted a lot with translation, and has a lot friends that helped make our stay very enjoyable. He even drove us around for some tours of the city and night life. The neighborhood was nice as we walked to KFC and Pizza Hut several times.
There are two malls in the area. One being a state of the art type and the other which I would recommmend on your 'to do list.' Micth was kind enough to show us one of the Malls and also showed us to Golds Gym.(Wooow!!!) Mitch checked up on us daily and had many connections to people who were more than willing to show us around to various points of interest.
The Dominican Republic is a wonderful place with wonderful people who enjoy wonderful times and Mitch was a very big part of making this trip a success.
Can't recall if there was anything that I didn't like about the aparment. I'd like to buy one just like it some day.
I am very much looking foward to returning to the same apartment and enjoying all the wonderful amenities.
