Description

Encantadora is a bright, colourful, spacious and comfortable 2-bedroom apartment in one of Sayulita’s newest and most attractive complexes. It is full of original artwork, custom-made furniture, lovely talavera ceramics and Mexican textiles.

You can walk to Sayulita’s lovely north-end beach in 4 minutes, and stroll into the vibrant heart of the village with its wide variety of shops and restaurants in just a few minutes more. The location is ideal – close enough for convenience, far enough away for peaceful evenings and nights.

Los Almendros is small – only 26 individually owned condos in five three-storey buildings clustered around an amazing pool built for all ages.It is surrounded by large comfortable lounge chairs, umbrellas, a shaded palapa and a BBQ area. Swimming and relaxing just don’t get any better.

The palapa-fringed front balcony overlooks the pool and is furnished with traditional Mexican equipale furniture. It’s the perfect place to relax any time during the day, but especially on those warm, star-lit Mexican evenings listening to the sound of the ocean. We’re on the first floor of the building nearest the ocean. There’s an elevator to help with luggage and groceries and a parking garage. Street parking is also available.

The very spacious living-dining area includes a table for six, two large sofas, two armchairs and two coffee tables. We have WiFi, DVD and CD players, satellite television (U.S. and Canadian) and a growing library of books.

The two air-conditioned bedrooms are light and airy and have ample closet, drawer and hanging space – and lots of hangers! They also each have their own bathroom. The main bedroom has a king-size bed and a single, and its own balcony for your morning coffee, as well as a charcoal BBQ. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a fold-away bed and a “Create-a-King” if you’d prefer to have a second king-size. All linens and towels are provided. There’s a washer and dryer, iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

If you’re eating in, the well-equipped kitchen has everything you need, including purified water at the sink.

The office staff are happy to help throughout the day, and a security guard is on duty all night and every night. Daily maid service is available except on Sunday.

If you don't have a car, lots of visitors now use golf carts that can be hired in the village and their batteries charged at Los Almendros. There's a regular bus service into Puerto Vallarta and taxis are very reasonable.
