Response from the owner Ali, We run this vacation rental with the motto "it must be possible to please all our guest". After your stay, you make us doubt about this. I guess we must remain humble and keep trying with improving. I don't see the point to enter in details with your complains and demands (ever before you arrive with us), is certainly not helpful for this forum when it gets personal. I rather let them form a criteria based on overall reviews in this and other platforms. Although, there is one particular point that I would like to clarify: Mexico and Sayulita in particular are a very safe and friendly country / village. Obviously this is if you stay away from trouble like any other country in world. Perhaps  you need to stop watching lots of Fox news.

Response from the owner Betty, I am sorry about the water, it's out of hands as Sayulita (all town) it's experiencing an upgrade on infrastructure (main road) and supply has been intermittent. We always try to improve in quality and service an will definitely check the situation remarked on the pool. We recommend to try to look BBS directly to avoid costly fees in some of the sites where you booked. Sergio
