Jardin de las Palmas is a fabulous new (July '07) three story home designed by award winning architect, Estela Mendoza. The largest bedroom on the first floor has two twin beds (that can convert to a king with feather mattress)as well as a bunk bed with two twin-size matresses, a large bath and private patio. The home has a kitchen for gourmet chefs complete with Bosch dishwasher, filtered water and all stainless steel appliances, including a six-burner range. This was my second time staying at Jardin de las Palmas, the house is fantastic! It is located just a short walk to the beach and town, it's very well kept, and the rooftop palapa is the best room in the house. I will definitely be staying there again during my next vacation to Sayulita.

This is our 2nd time staying at Jardin de Las Palmas and we were not disappointed. It is always such a great house to stay with friends and family. The location is perfect in reference to the beach and the middle of town. Summer and her husband next door are also always so helpful and kind. It is nice to know if we do have any issues we can just talk with them. Will definitely be back there for another trip!!!
