Description

Casa Montaña is a sunny new home on a quiet cobblestone cul-de-sac in beautiful Sayulita Mexico. An easy 10 min walk to the beach with no steep hills to climb. The first floor has an open floor plan, kitchen with all the amenities and a full bathroom. There is a nice concrete covered patio at the front entrance and a walled backyard with seating. A bodega in the backyard includes a washer and dryer for guest use.

At the top of the rock staircase are 2 air conditioned bedrooms with gorgeous mountain views. One bedroom boost a comfy king bed with patio, the other 2 twins which can be easily converted to a king.

Both bedrooms have ample closets. New for 2015 a beautiful large upper patio with doors leading from both bedrooms. Perfect hang-out spot for your morning coffee or evening margarita. The second floor also features a full bathroom with beautiful Mexican tile work and 2 additional private patios

New for 2016 a private dipping pool and Casa Montaña shares a nice swimming pool with the 4 other homes in the cul-de-sac. Lovely attached kiddie pool is not hot, not cold, just right. You have 2 pools to enjoy!

New for 2015 fiber optic high speed internet for those working on holiday or for us who just want super fast internet so we may enjoy the rest of the day. This is not Telmex, which many of you know can be very slow in Sayulita.

We recently added an open air ensuite bathroom in the green bedroom.

This is a great family home and small pets are welcome. Maid Service every other day, handyman and property management by Su Casa are included in our season prices
