Recently our neighbourhood High Park/Swansea has been ranked in the Top 3, out of 140, of the 2013 August edition of Toronto Life Magazine's "The Best Places to live in the City".
The Apartment is walking distance to excellent primary and secondary schools, gyms, yoga studios, great bistros, cafés, restaurants, pubs, bakeries, fruit stores, specialty cheese stores, butcher shops and the recently saved and community run Revue Cinema. The house is two blocks from High Park with its’ numerous playgrounds, ponds, zoo, restaurant, and running/hiking/walking trails, skating rink, swimming pool, baseball/soccer/football fields and the Howard Park Tennis Club. It is also close to the waterfront Martin Goodman running and biking trail, Sunnyside Beach and its' volleyball courts and Toronto's largest exterior swimming pool.
