Description
Within two minutes walk from Psaromoura beach at Agia Pelagia and in an environment of tranquility and peace, Psaromoura Residence is a maisonette of three beautifully decorated bedrooms.
The maisonette on the ground floor has a large terrace overlooking the sea and the surrounding hills. Indoors there is a large and comfortable living room with fireplace, flat screen TV with satellite channels and DVD player. It also has a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and WC.
Upstairs, the three bedrooms offer a unique view of the bay of Agia Pelagia and the mountains that surround it.
Outdoors, guests can sunbathe at the courtyard or enjoy al fresco dining on the outdoor dining area. BBQ facilities are also available to use. Free wi-fi is provided throughout the maisonette.
A mini market is located right next door and, also, restaurants and bars are situated withing 5 minutes walk.
Heraklion "Nikos Kazantzakis" International Airport is 23 km away and the port of Heraklion is 21 km.

“Lovely Stay”
We have just spent a week in this beautiful, well cared for house. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful and offer us good advice on where to eat etc. The beach is just 2 minutes walk away. Ideal for early morning or late night swims. It is a small protected cove and very safe for children who would love swimming with the small fish that are in the cove. There is a small bar/café at one end of the beach in case you get thirsty or fancy an ice cream. The local people are very friendly and welcoming and most speak very good English. There is a restaurant just up the road from the property where good food is served on a patio with extensive views towards Heraklion. We highly recommend a holiday here and hope to come back ourselves. Thank you for a great holiday!

“Wonderful place next to the sea!”
We had an amazing family holiday staying in this amazing a villa located between Heraklion and Rethymnon overlooking the sea. The Villa has views to the sea and it is very close to the beautiful village of Agia Pelagia. The nearest beach is very close, probably 2 minutes walk with very clear blue water. Finding the villa was simple by just following the direction provided by the owners. The villa is conveniently located and is a short drive to the local supermarkets, petrol station, very close to the city of Heraklion, Heraklion Port, Heraklion Airport and all the nice beaches around. It comes fully equipped with all appliances and Wii. An unforgettable experience for those who are interested in a special vacation with surprises waiting for the guests upon their arrival. Highly recommended. We will certainly return. Thank you very much for everything!

“A small palace next to the sea”
Hard not to enjoy this magical place where we spent a perfect week. Psaromoura Residence, where nothing is lacking, is ideally located in northern Crete, 23kms away from Heraklion with direction to Rethymnon. The location is just perfect if you want to discover a bit of the Island. It is situated exactly at the centre of the geographical axis of Northern Crete. Even if you just want to stay at home, because this property really makes you call it home, you will find everything needed. The view either from the terrace or the balconies of the bedrooms is magical. Especially in the morning, I personally felt like waking up and seeing the sunrise coming direct from the sea. The property has a fantastic garden and honestly if we were going to be more friends, I would definitely use the BBQ facilities. The grocery store is just 5-7 minutes walk and I could take all the necessary needed for BBQ. The nearby beach (Psaromoura Beach) is just wonderful and it is less than 2 minutes walk. We have enjoyed a luxury holiday at a very reasonable price. How can we forget Mrs Aikaterini and her family? Very friendly people. First thing on their mind was to make sure that everything is fine and I am sure that they would be next to us for anything that we could ask. A very warm welcoming and a very difficult "goodbye". We are certainly going to stay there again. Thank you very much for everything! 100% recommended!
