Description

This apartment looks out into the beautiful Lake Voulismeni and offers the best view in Agios Nikolaos as it is on the first floor of the building. It takes only minutes of walking to clear-watered beaches, Greek taverns, local shops, supermarkets, museums, restaurants, bars and a variety of other facilities that the city offers.

As for the parking you can find very close parking with payment (3 euro all day), and for free parking you can park in the road behind the apartment as long as you find place.

The apartment is equipped with a fully functional kitchen with upper and lower cabinets, refrigerator, coffee maker, washing machine, plates and plenty of cutlery and crockery.

In the kitchen area you can find the dining table with 4 chairs.

The bathroom has a big shower tub, and the toilet . Linens and towels are provided.

A double bed and two sofas can be found in the front bedroom and two single beds for the children in the back one (all beds include anatomic mattresses).

HAIRDRIER is INCLUDED also.

And a private balcony ( aprox.5,00m x2,00m) with table, chairs where you can admire the panoramic view to the lake and to the rock bounds.
