Great Family Beach home, in the heart of Agnes Water township, walk to everything! Two Storey home with Three Bedrooms downstairs and kitchen/living/dining upstairs. Huge verandah to enjoy the ocean views and check the surf conditions.

Fabulous views from the balcony to the Agnes Water surf beach.

Walk to shops, restaurants and beach, fully equipped home for a perfect holiday. Recently renovated, with outdoor shower at your front door and surfboard racks for safe storage.

The house is set high to take in surrounding water views.

Fully screened throughout, laundry facilities are available and a webber BBQ. Smart TV and continuous Wi-Fi access.

3 double bdrms and bathroom downstairs. Upstairs consists of open plan kitchen, dining and living room. Huge veranda to sit and relax while absorbing the view.

Behaved pets are Ok, although there is no fencing on the property.

Upstairs is a fold out sofa bed for extra young ones to sleep on, please BYO linen.

Agnes Water is the northern most surf beach on the east coast of Australia. The house is in the centre of town, walking to shops and beach are easy

Good entertaining deck, an extra bathroom would be handy for 10 people. The steep driveway great for keeping fit!!!
