Cette demeure du XVIIIème siècle dispose de deux grandes chambres CLIMATISÉES avec salle de bains PRIVATIVE et d'espaces de vie de confort moderne haut de gamme (4G+, WIFI). La piscine, SECURISÉE par un volet roulant, est CHAUFFÉE de juin à septembre (si T° nocturne> 16°C). Idéal en couple (offre spéciale), entre amis ou en famille. Classée meublé de tourisme 4* Atout France, vous passerez des vacances dans un cadre empreint de calme et de sérénité ! Au rez de jardin, les pièces à vivre : séjour, salle à manger et cuisine (et une grande cheminée). Accès direct de plein pied à la terrasse.Le pigeonnier abrite la buanderie et un WC. À l'étage, les deux chambres climatisées (grands volumes et charpente apparente) sont équipées chacune d'un bureau, d'un lit 180 x 200 ou d'un lit 160 x 200 et d'un lit simple. La chambre des fleurs dispose d'une salle de bain (baignoire, vasque, sèche serviettes) et d'un insert. La chambre des champs dispose d'une salle d'eau (grande douche, vasque, sèche serviettes). Un WC, indépendant des chambres, est sur le palier. La grande terrasse en bordure des buis centenaires est ombragée par une pergola. Jasmin, pruniers, pin parasol, mimosa, lavande, sauge, thym, romarin et lauriers, agrémentent le jardin qui s'ouvre sur la prairie, le vallon et la propriété d'1 hectare arboré et paysagé. Portique enfants, tennis de table, pétanque, bibliothèque et jeux de société sont à disposition. Équipement complet pour bébé et enfants.
Les draps et les serviettes sont fournis pour tout séjour d'une semaine et plus en juillet et en août. En dehors de cette période, il faut compter, si vous le souhaitez, 10€/lit et 5€/pers pour les serviettes et torchons.
Le TARIF est DÉGRESSIF selon la DURÉE: 5 ou 6 jours, pour plus d'une semaine OU pour DEUX PERSONNES.
Le paiement des charges électriques (chauffage ou climatisation) se fait sur relevé de compteur. Vous bénéficiez d'un forfait de 16 kw/jour, suffisant pour couvrir un usage responsable de la climatisation en été. En hiver il faut compter entre 5€ et 15€ pour le chauffage par 24h00. Ménage en option: 70 € .
La piscine de plus de 80m2 est commune et n'est réservée qu'aux résidents de la Maresque, donc pas de forte affluence :-). Sur la grande terrasse de la piscine, vous disposez de bains de soleil, de petites tables et de chaises, spécifique à votre hébergement et nettoyés entre chaque séjour.
Le bois est mis GRATUITEMENT à disposition, en hiver pour le plaisir de belles flambées dans la cheminée et en été pour le barbecue si vous voulez.
