Stunning spacious Villa with 4 en-suite bedrooms, 1 separate WC, a spacious living room with fireplace, a bright lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi access is unlimited and fast. Air conditioning provided in all bedrooms.
Located in a total plot of 3100m2, the villa has a generous garden, automatically irrigated, with a large 12m x 6m pool. The gardens are beautifully manicured, with mature planting and maintained weekly by a professional team. There is space for games and fun!
Supplementary pool heating fee of 30€ per day (if required)
There is a large outdoor covered seating/dining area with barbecue to hand which provides a perfect entertaining space at any time of the day; or use it for some cooler peace and quiet in the heat of the day with a good book!
All bedrooms lead to a private balcony or terrace giving superb views to the south. The villa is superbly located with open views of the Amendoiras golf course, countryside and endless orange groves.
This property offers the pleasures of being in a quiet place, but just minutes from everything you could need. Local golf courses include the Amendoeiras complex whose greens can be viewed from the garden of the Villa. There are around 45 golf courses within 1/2 to 3/4 hour drive.

“Great outdoor space!”
Just returned from a week at the villa and enjoyed it very much. This is the third year we have stayed in villa’s and this is the best so far! The pool is great, big enough to actually swim in as opposed to just ‘having a dip’. The garden is great, really big and has a nice seating area (BBQ) at the top of the garden. We tended to eat breakfast and lunch on the terrace near the kitchen and BBQ at the top of the garden in an evening. All bedrooms have air con and their own en-suite and their is a TV room with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime (if you have an account). The kitchen area is a really good space with everything you could possibly need and there are lots of left overs (spices, pasta rice....) that you are able to use. The house (mainly bathrooms) could do with an upgrade and an air con unit in the TV room is a worthwhile addition (in my opinion). We also though that a gate on the terrace (nearest the kitchen), to make it a bit safer for toddlers and a gate at the pool too would give parents more peace of mind. Finally, I think that the kitchen would benefit from a bigger fridge. There were 4 adults and 3 young children (so not full capacity) and we had issues with the lack of space in the fridge freezer and it’s inability to keep cold when full. Overall a great week and we would definitely return! 13 minute drive to Silves!

“"Excellent place to stay for complete rest & relaxation"”
This was our 5th visit to the Algarve and have stayed in many different properties but non compare with this beautiful villa. The location is quite remote and you would definitely need a car to get around, but if your looking for a place to stay that will offer you complete peace and quiet then this is the place to stay. We found the villa to have everything we needed for our 2 weeks family holiday and enjoyed many lazy days around the pool. The nearest town (Silves) was a 10 minute drive away with a couple of good supermarkets, many restaurants/cafes and the most fantastic Castle in the centre which is well worth a visit.

“Great Holiday”
We stayed at this fabulous Villa with family (4 adults & 2 children), for a week to celebrate a special birthday. The Villa is spotlessly clean, very spacious & has everything you want & more to feel totally at home. Yes it is remote & you definitely need a car, but in my opinion that just adds to its beauty especially with the views it has. Would love to go back and totally recommend staying here.

“Villa quina is lovely, a real home from home, we all loved it”
We spent 32 days at villa quina, entertaining our 3 immediate families, the villa is very well equipped, everywhere is spotless, all the 4 en suite bedrooms were very comfortable with their own balconies, overlooking the well tended gardens and swimming pool,the area is secluded so a car is a must, we explored the area on different levels, to suit under tens and over twenties, there is plenty to do and see, an extra bonus were the visiting dog and 2cats, one with only 3legs, so friendly and playful, all the family loved them. Out of the many restaurents we frequented Joao, just outside Algoz was a favourite of us all, the staff were obliging and the food lovely, such a great time, we all will go again.
