Description

4-bedroom townhouse located in Varandas do Lago, between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo and at just about 20 minutes (less than a mile) walk from the beach. The private pool and the games room are just some of the amenities that this house has.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, configured as follow:

Ground Floor – Bedroom with 2 single beds and a shared bathroom;

1st Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a private bathroom;

1st Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a shared bathroom with bathtub;

1st Floor – Bedroom with a double bed and a shared bathroom with bathtub;

All the bedrooms have air conditioning.

The living room is bright and harmonious. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV with cable channels, internet connection via Wi-Fi and has air conditioning for the warmer days. Slightly raised, we have the dining area consists of table and chairs and with a view towards the terrace that sits directly above the pool. This terrace has a set of outdoor furniture where you can relax and watch who is in the pool.

Next to the living room there’s the kitchen, fully equipped and with direct access to the outdoor dining area and BBQ.

In the basement, there’s a recreation area consisting of a pool table and a TV with a games console where you can play games or watch movies.

The outdoor area has a nice pool with about 8 meters in length by 4 wide, it has some sun loungers and parasols scattered alongside it so you can catch some sunshine.

There is a gas BBQ next to the outdoor table with shade and seating for 8, outdoor sofas and another private terrace on the first floor with table and chairs.

The property has private parking right in front of the entrance.

“Perfect Villa with great facilities and town-access”

My friends and I stayed here for 10 days and what a villa! Everything was as advertised on the website (probably better!). The rental company were very helpful and the handout booklet was so helpful! I would 100% recommend this to anyone!

“Excellent spacious villa”

We arrived (7 adults, 1 child) at Villa Michelle mid July 2016 at roughly 12.30pm a gentleman was there to greet us with the keys and explained about the villa and the surrounding area. We where hot and ready for a dip but sadly the cleaners where in and could not get in the villa until 3/4 o'clock, however we could store our bags and change if required. This is not explained in the description so we where slightly disgruntled as then the afternoon was over. We all had lunch and did our supermarket shop at Pingo Doce which has a large variation, we got a taxi back costing 4€ & the villa was ready. It was amazing & very spacious the pool was just perfect & the wi-fi on point for us all. The only thing I would say there was only one pillow which I was happy with but the rest of the part would have like 2/3. There was enough utensils, plates, pots, pans for a army, the villa was just how Holiday Lettings had described it. The Strip is about 25mins walk away which for me was too busy BUT my stepsons and there girlfriends loved it (24 & 26). We visited the old town which was better for myself & my husband it's about 20mins drive away, we also visited Vila Moura 30mins drive away which was beautiful with it Marina.....well worth a visit. We struggled to get a taxi, they where so very busy they would not answer the phone most of the time and to come back there where lengthy queues at the taxi stops, my advice would be to pre book or wait a good 30mins for one. In a earlier review it stipulates lots of cats but personally only did see 2/3 and they ran off when you got close. Dispite the couple of niggles we would not hesitate to re book this Villa.......missing it already :( :( but had a fantastic time :) :)
