Gite calm for 4/6 people near Poitiers and Futuroscope. THE COTTAGE OF Marice was conducted in a house over 100 years old, with his mind countryside it offers peace, tranquility and comfort. Comfortable lodging "3 ears Lodgings of France" and "3 star furnished accommodation" by the Prefecture of Vienne. House labeled "ÉcoGESte", "Tourism Handicap" for visual impairments, hearing and mental. welcomes the theme: "Bikers welcome", "Home Hikers and cyclists." With an area of ​​100 sqm on two levels, it is arranged close to the owners' house and little accommodate 6 people. On the ground floor: living room and kitchen / dining room (36 m²), toilet. On the floor: 1 Room 20 m² (1 bed 160), one room of 21 m² (1 bed 140, 2 beds 90), bathroom and toilet. Response from the owner Depuis votre séjour, nous avons fait des modifications, ampoules BC, convecteurs dernière génération. Un nouveau canapé et écran TV plat HD ont également pris place dans le salon. Quant à la plaque de cuisson elle est à induction pour un confort maximum.
