Située sur la rive la plus ensoleillée d’Amélie-les-bains, la Résidence Le Catalogne vous propose 25 appartements de qualité, du studio au F3.
Elle dispose également d’un jardin privatif de 1000m2 avec PISCINE ainsi que d’une grande terrasse exposée sud-est.
Toutes nos locations sont spacieuses,lumineuses et climatisées.
Dans nos appartements F2 de 55m2, vous trouverez tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour parmi nous:
Cuisine toute équipée avec frigo congélateur, four grill, micro-ondes, grille-pain, cafetière…vaisselle et ustensiles de cuisine.
Un salon séjour spacieux, donnant sur le balcon, avec télé, canapé, table et chaises ainsi qu’un placard de rangement.
Une chambre avec 2 lits simples (ou un lit en 140cm suivant les appartements), table de chevet et placard mural.
Une salle d'eau, avec une douche et sèche serviettes. Les toilettes sont séparés.
Notre résidence, au calme en bord de rivière, est sous digicode avec climatisation, ascenseur, parking, wifi, terrasse, jardin et piscine et un accueil présent 6/7jrs. Arrêt navette municipale devant la résidence, à 1500m des thermes. Jolie balade à faire pour arriver en ville (à 800 m). Également, point de départ de nombreuses balades.

Nous remettons ici un copier-coller de notre réponse faite sur un autre site. "En ce qui concerne l'odeur que vous décrivez, après votre départ samedi 19/08 à 17h00 j’ai fermé les fenêtres, climatisation et volets de l'appartement, j’ai laissé le réfrigérateur en marche, et ce jusqu’au lundi 21/08, l’appartement est donc resté confiné 40h. Ce matin je suis entré dans l’appartement avec des clients afin de constater et faire constater une éventuelle odeur : ni les clients, ni moi n'avons remarqué une telle odeur ... et tout ce que j’affirme est vérifiable. Pour information, suite à vos allégations, j’ai contacté la précédente cliente, elle n’est absolument pas incontinente… Je vous rappelle que votre état des lieux, que je vous ai laissé le samedi de votre arrivée, était vierge de tous commentaires lorsque vous me l’avez rendu le lundi suivant … Tout a, semble-t-il changé lorsque vous nous avez dit vouloir partir et que nous vous avons prévenu qu’il n’y aurait aucun remboursement, comme stipulé sur votre contrat. Je vous ai proposé de changer d’appartement ce qui me semblait être une proposition commerciale correcte, ce qui vous aurais permis de terminer votre cure. Notre résidence se situe bien au bord de la rivière dans un cadre verdoyant et oui il peut y avoir des moustiques, et bien d’autres insectes, c’est la nature, c’est ainsi. Nous rénovons régulièrement nos appartements aussi nous prenons acte de vos remarques. Cordialement"
