Description

The house is located in a privileged place of the Brazilian Atlantic Forest whit an exuberant nature of infinite shades of green, crystal clear water of the sea from turquoise to deep green colors and a great diversity of fauna and flora that make up this rich ecosystem. The breathtaking views from the condo is completed with a full leisure structure and a house furnished with Brazilian elements in a contemporary and cozy style that has all the amenities for a relaxing and unforgettable stay.

The guests have access to all the recreational and common areas of the condo: exclusive beach; adult and children's pools; dry and wet saunas; Jacuzzi; restaurant; movie theater; games room (card games, pool, ping pong, table football); playground for children; pool bar; gym room; tennis court; multisport court; convenience store and marina. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch an dinner, Brazilian cuisine at affordable prices.

THE HOUSE

Two floor house with a spectacular view of the sea and mountain. It is a relaxing, peaceful and quiet place (do not be surprised with the visit of monkeys near the house entrance! They are part of the ecosystem...). It features contemporary and warmly decorated, fully equipped for your comfort and enjoyment.

It has two rooms with private bathroom beautifully decorated and furnished with full bed size, 100% cotton linens, quilts, blankets and a menu of feather pillows and feather touch anti allergy pillows. We offer full bathing towels, 100% cotton, as well. The sea view suite has a double bed, cabinets, closet and sofa. The Mountain View suite has a double bed, twin bunk bed and full closets.

The living room has Flat TV 42 ", sofa bed full size with padding 100% cotton (this is very important for hot places!), DVD player, speaker blue tooth and adult games (chess and card).

The dining room has a 7 seats table, sideboard and a fun blackboard wall to give loose rein to your imagination. Tableware includes wine and champagne glasses, platters and dinnerware and all you need to set a beautiful table.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances and utensils, as well as making available a selection of spices, Italian coffee maker and cold and natural water filter.

A lovely balcony overlooking the sea and mountain waiting is waiting for you to start the day or enjoy a beautiful sunset. It is a flexible space, equipped with wooden furniture and hammock.

The apartment has washer/dryer machine, gas hot water, iron and ironing board, intercom for internal communication in the condo, first aids kit, dishes, pots and popcorn bucket for children and security service 24 hours.

If Monica (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
