“Amazing!” I had the great pleasure of staying in this incredible place for 14 days. The view is spectacular, I honestly lost my breath when I walk inside an saw the view from the living room! Nothing like anything I have seen anywhere else - and I travel a lot! Funny thing is, that the pool had an even better view! The Taxi driver who took us from Rio, said hed never seen anything like it before, and I must agree! The house itself was also very nice and good place for the children! The owners didn´t seem to save money on anything, as I´ve seen many other places. It is all high quality furnuture and the staff was very friendly! We had an amazing time, and we´ll defiantly get back another time - As should you! Normally I don´t write reviews but this one really deserved it! Nicolai Jacobsen and family From Denmark

“In the middle of Paradise” Located at the highest point of Buzios, this home has a most wonderful view of sunset in Buzios. With decor and furniture tastefully, the house is very beautiful and great for cooking with friends / family. Ana is extremely helpful and polite, she answered me whenever I needed with great agility. Rose (cleaner) was very helpful and lives in a house in the grounds of the main house, which is great for any issues or help. The only thing you should take into consideration is that this house has lots of stairs (this is a problem for people with poor mobility or disabilities) and not walk distance from the beach, which will force you to always have to take the car to go city ??or two nearby beaches (Ferradurinha and Geribá). It's a great house to relax and rest. I had incredible moments with my family in this house. I high recommend.

“Such a great place to spend a holiday” This beautiful villa on the tranquil Rasa beach was a perfect place for a relaxing holiday. I enjoyed so much the nice garden and walking on the beach. The caretaker, Olivia, took such a good care of us and I will miss the caipirinhas and barbecue dinners she prepared for us. This is a quality villa with all the elements I value when spending a good holiday. Thank you, Seppo and thanks also to Olivia!

The nicest place I have ever stayed in while visiting Brazil! Fantastic views and private, yet a close walk to town and many beautiful beaches. The contractor who built this house knew what he was doing. fine, and artistic construction built to standards one only finds in Europe or North america. The town of Buzios itself is charming and fun. If you find yourself bored you have no one to blame but yourself because there is plenty to do. I can't wait to return! … see more

Excellent Escape!

My girlfriend and I stayed at this house along with another couple and it was perfect for what we were looking for our of our Buzios vacation. The house was very well kept and decorated in a very warm & inviting way. We loved being able to walk out the back right onto the beach and also being 10 minutes from the center of all the nightlife & shopping. Seppo the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was very responsive to our questions before, during and even after our stay! I recommend this property if you are looking for a great balance between tranquility and accessibility. Close enough to city center to let loose but far enough to enjoy the comfort of a large space and beachfront sunsets.... Seppo also has a amazing Dalmation dog who won all of us over! Charming lOfT at beach in Buzios
Great unit, complex and location

We cant recommend this holiday destination enough. We are from Australia and had toured with the rigours of the world cup, and were badly in need of some relax time. We got that and more. The unit is totally self contained and more, its really a modern, trendy quirky home from home. The complex itself has all the facilities you need with pool and sauna. The location was perfect for us also. In walking distance of beaches both sides of the peninsula and bars and restaurants. Its a short trip in the local R2.50 taxi vans to the town centre.
