Description
Studio avec vue sur le bassin d'Arcachon.
Double niveau: chambre et salle de bain à hauteur de palier, puis séjour cuisine et terrasse en contrebas. Vue mer depuis les deux niveaux.
Premier étage avec ascenseur. Parking privé à disposition(ouvert)
Distance Gare 2,2 km
Sachez que je ferai de mon mieux pour préserver votre sécurité en nettoyant et en désinfectant particulièrement les surfaces les plus fréquemment touchées (interrupteurs, poignées de porte, poignées de meubles, télécommandes) et que je mets à disposition des éponges lavables changées après chaque locataire (tout comme le linge de maison, de toilette et de lit). J'ai dû retarder l'heure de début de séjour à 16 heures et avancer l'heure de départ à 10 heures de façon à pouvoir vous garantir un nettoyage parfait sans impacter sur le jour d'arrivée (en effet, en cas d'impossibilité de désinfection, Airbnb préconise un espacement de 72 heures entre les locataires). La mise en place ce processus long et fastidieux mais indispensable pour votre bien être et votre sécurité. L'accès au logement se fait de manière autonome par boite à clés sécurisée (évidemment désinfectée), ce qui permet d'éviter les contacts.
Les jeux de société et de manipulation de plein air ont été provisoirement retirés, ainsi que les coussins et couvres lit ne pouvant être lavés à 60 degrés et bibelots non nécessaires. Le canapé sera pourvu de housse changée après chaque locataire (pour les locataires utilisant le canapé lit, une protection amovibles plus facile mais moins couvrante sera apposée).
Studio avec balcon vue sur mer de la chambre et du séjour.
Situé en front de mer, au premier étage d'une résidence avec accès direct privé à la plage de l'aiguillon. Ascenseur et interphone.
Appartement classé catégorie 2 étoiles par l'office du tourisme de Gironde, agréé pour 4 personnes.
25 mètres carrés, kitchenette et séjour tout confort en partie basse avec balcon de 4, 5 mètres carrés, lit queen size et salle de bain en partie haute (loggia).
Idéal pour un couple ou une famille avec 2 enfants, mais possible aussi pour 2 couples grâce au fait de pouvoir séparer la chambre et le séjour avec un système de parois coulissantes et de rideaux occultants.
Belle qualité de literie avec un lit 2 places queen size de 160 X 200 cm vue sur mer, et canapé lit deux places très confortable également de 140 x 190 cm dans le séjour.
Salle de bain avec douche et wc.
Machine à laver le linge.

Kitchenette tout équipée (voir détail plus bas) avec réfrigérateur, four, four micro ondes, plaques chauffantes électriques, cafetière, machine à café expresso, grille pain, presse agrumes électrique, bouilloire...

Un bus électrique de la ville (le Eho / 1 euro) passe dans votre rue pour rallier le centre ville. Il porte ce nom car vous n'avez qu'à lui faire signe n'importe où pour qu'il s'arrête et vous dépose où vous le souhaitez.
Le port est à 5 minutes, le centre administratif et coeur d'Arcachon à 10 minutes de marche. Une piste cyclable longe le bord de mer . Vous pouvez la récupérer au bout de la rue.

Pour en savoir plus sur le quartier de l'aiguillon:
Arcachon est divisé en plusieurs quartiers, l'aiguillon est le quartier dit "ville d'Automne". La plage de l'Aiguillon est la plus à l'est de la station balnéaire (direction de La Teste de Buch). Cette plage de sable s'étend sur 400 mètres à droite du port et jusqu'à la pointe de l'Aiguillon. Elle est l'une des plages les moins fréquentées du bassin d'Arcachon et est surtout connue par les habitués (et les habitants du quartier de l'Aiguillon). A noter que l'on trouve beaucoup de petits bateaux dans cette zone. Quelques arbres se trouvent dans la zone à côté du port ce qui est agréable en été pour ceux qui recherchent un peu d'ombre.
