Description

THE APARTMENT at Santa Maria has from its private south facing balcony spectacular views overlooking the luxury marina and the foothills of the Pyrenees. It is well equipped, fully furnished and offers secure underground parking. Santa Maria is a modern apartment block situated in Port Argeles. The second floor apartment is accessed by lift or stairs. Plenty of shops, boutiques and restaurants are in the marina. The 7 kilometre blue flag beach is an easy five minute walk away. We have been renting our apartment since 2006 and have regular holidaymakers wishing to return each year.

THE LOUNGE is bright and well equipped with a large double sofa bed, a wicker dining room suite, two wicker armchairs, nest of coffee tables.TV. Mini hi-fi unit with MP3 and Blue Tooth connection. Two large glass sliding patio doors leading to the private sheltered tiled balcony with wonderful views where you can relax on sun loungers, an outside table is also provided for meals. A local area information folder can also be found on the coffee table. Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.

KITCHENETTE situated at the far side of the lounge. It's very well equipped with all the things you need together with oven/microwave, four plate ceramic hob, large fan, washing machine, separate small freezer and refrigerator.

BEDROOM has twin beds, (please note double sofa bed in the lounge) fitted wardrobes, fan, small bedside cabinet and bookshelf with a selection of books and a window with marina view.

BATHROOM with white bath and overhead shower, white sink with large mirror, linen basket (lockable blue linen basket for optional linen service).

TOILET separate from bathroom.

KEYS, PLEASE NOTE. After the final holiday payment, the apartment keys are sent to your home address by special delivery. If you do not live in the UK, there is a small custom charge of about 3 to 5 euro depending on where you live.

“Lovely views and good location”

This apartment is neat, clean and comfortable with a lovely interesting view from the sizeable balcony. There are good restaurants in the harbour and many more ten minutes walk along the seafront to the town. You can walk to Collioure which is a town not to be missed.as it is so charming. There are many charming villages and further afield Barcelona is a two hour drive. We had a lovely relaxing holiday.
