Description
Mas classé mitoyen aux propriétaires, sur jardin ombragé de 2000m2. très calme. Piscine privée chauffée de début avril à fin septembre ( éventuellement sur option en octobre et fin mars: nous consulter ) sous véranda mobile, locataires du gîte prioritaires (les propriétaires l'utilisent au maximum 2 fois 10 minutes par jour quand les locataires sont absents ou ne l'utilisent pas). Tarifs dégressifs selon la durée, et en fonction du nombre de personnes: nous consulter (tarif réduit pour moins de 6 personnes) ou taper "masballot" dans votre moteur de recherche.
Les draps ( 14 euro par lit par semaine) , serviettes ( 7 euro par personne par semaine ) sont en option et doivent être réglés à l'arrivée
Réductions applicables en dehors de la dernière semaine de juillet et 3 premières semaines d'Août: -10% pour 2 semaines, -15% pour 3, plus 5% de réduction supplémentaire pour les réservations '1ère minute'(réservations d'au-moins 2 semaines effectuées plus de 4 mois avant le début du séjour).
10 % de réduction sur les séjours dernières minutes (réservés moins d'une semaine avant le début du séjour)
Jour d'arrivée indifférent, mais, en juillet août: conseillé du dimanche au dimanche pour éviter l'affluence du samedi sur les routes. Accès internet haut débit gratuit. Mise à disposition d'un ordinateur.
Attraits touristiques: Idéalement placé pour découvrir les sites touristiques de la région: Arles (8km), La Camargue (15 km), Fontvieille (10km), Le chateau des Baux de Provence ( 15 km), Saint Rémy de Provence (20km), Avignon (40km), Nimes (40 km), Les Saintes Maries de la mer (40 km), Nimes (40km), Roussillon (80 km), Gordes (85km), Aix en Provence (85km)
Equipements: Le Mas est meublé et équipé avec soin pour assurer un confort optimal: nombreux rangements, lave linge, lave vaisselle, sèche linge, 2 salons de jardin permettant de choisir l'ombre ou le soleil, prêt de vélos taille adulte, barbecue, table de ping pong, piscine chauffée sous véranda amovible permettant de se baigner d'avril à septembre compris, équipements bébé: baignoire, chaise haute, pot, 2 lits bébé, tricycle.
6 vélos disponibles, 1 porte vélos 2 vélos,1 trotteur pour bébé,1 tricycle pour très jeune enfant, 1 vélo avec roues latérales.
Propriétaires: Les propriétaires habitent sur place, vous indiqueront les endroits à visiter, restaurants à découvrir, et répondront volontiers à vos questions et etc., tout en se montrant discrets pour respecter votre tranquillité.
Le propriétaire est président d'une association d'Astronomes amateurs et se fera un plaisir de vous montrer les satellites iridium et la station internationale si ils passent dans la soirée pendant votre séjour, il pourra vous faire découvrir les constellations, éventuellement au télescope.
Si vous êtes sur place pour Noël, il pourra aussi se transformer en père Noël pour amener aux enfants les cadeaux prévus par les parents ( détails sur FB Ecurie du Rossolys).
L'Ecurie du Rossolys, à 2 km du mas, pourra ravir vos enfants: baby poney, cours, balades, etc.

“Mrs”
We stayed 10 days with Dany and Claude at Mas Ballot. The home was absolutely beautiful, full of antique furniture and all of the classic touches of home. They operate a horse farm where there are ponies and Clydesdale horses. We had never seen blue eyes on these animals before and it was quite an experience. The location was within an hours drive from many great locations in France, so we were able to visit Roman ruins and shop to our hearts delight and return back daily with little effort. Each night we had wine and sat at the fireplace...unforgettable! We HIGHLY recommend this location for couples all the way up to large families. We also had the opportunity to meet their daughters, who were both so sweet, and see the arrival of two new ponies! If we are ever back in France this is where we will stay! Thanks so much Dany and Claude for the amazing stay and your hospitality along the way.
