Description

Single storey (6 to 8 persons), with a large living room and a bathroom with toilet per room, is very suitable for a large family, for a group of friends. Terrace with arbor overlooking the park. House on one level (120 m2) with air conditioning, on the park, terrace, barbecue. Living room, dining room with fully equipped kitchen area: fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, coffee machine and toaster, dishwasher. WC / washbasin independent, laundry with washing machine and dryer, vacuum cleaner. The rooms are all equipped with 2 beds in 90 closable in 180. a room has even 2 beds in 2m 1 room with bathroom (bath and WC). 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, Italian shower and toilet), disabled access. 1 bedroom with bathroom (shower and toilet). 1 mezzanine on stay with 2 beds in 90. we rent for the long periods of September to March - tariff 2 months minimum - knowing that EDF gas (if necessary bottle) and water are with your load.
