Description
Maison Arlésienne rénovée par architecte aimant les espaces "cosy", les matériaux chaleureux, la lumière... Cette maison de ville est située dans la rue Portagnel très typique (proche Arènes, ateliers SNCF et fondation LUMA). Commerces, restaurants et parking à proximité. La gare est à moins de 10 min à pieds. A deux pas du très réputé marché provençal (le mercredi et samedi). Rue calme mais proche de l'animation. La maison s'organise sur 3 niveaux avec une petite chambre, sdb et wc au rdc. Une petite chambre et une alcove salon au 1er étage et enfin une grande pièce de vie sous verrière au 2ème étage. Tout confort (lave-vaisselle, sèche-cheveux, blender... linge de lit et de toilette fournis).
Le quartier
Quartier très typique avec des ruelles aux maisons étroites et hautes. Petites cours en impasses avec des plantes méditerranéennes, vue sur les Arènes au coin de chaque rue ou presque. Une place à l'ombre des Platanes avec des restaurants et des cafés à moins de 300m. Le marché du samedi s'étend sur tout le boulevard des Lices et vient jusqu'au début de la rue Portagnel. Celui du mercredi part du haut du boulevard Emile Combes et va jusqu'à la Place Lamartine. Un quartier vraiment agréable !
