de 10 à 15 COUCHAGES dont 12 en chambres et en cas de nécessité, 6 dans un très grand séjour sur 3 confortables canapés convertibles doubles et deux toits possibles.

Sur option payante: chauffage piscine de 55 m 2 (10 m x 5.50 m intérieur) fermée par volet roulant électrique agréé, avec petit bain 1.10 m et grand bain 1.80 m, et avec pergola de 10 m x 4.50 m;(22€/J)

Située à 2 km du très grand centre commercial ou se côtoient toutes les grandes enseignes.

Villa située en Provence en Arles à 3 km du centre historique, sur le partie haute de la ville dans un quartier résidentiel, calme. et bucolique.La propriété est construite sur un terrain paysagé de 3500 m2; à 32 km de Nîmes; 40 km d'Avignon; 90 km de Marseille; 80 km d'Aix en Provence, 70 km de Montpellier.

Environnement campagne ou l'on peut rencontrer des troupeaux de brebies et moutons paissant tranquillement accompagnés du berger et des chiens de troupeaux; et aussi des élevages de chevaux.La mer se trouve à 38 km ( 45 minute) accessible par une route dégagée en ligne droite.

Le parc naturel de Camargue n'est pas très loin avec ses nombreuses espèces d'oiseaux multicolores que l'on peut observer tôt le matin ou tard en fin de journée.

Les immenses plages de sable fin sont au bout de la route du parc de Camargue à 38 km .(parking gratuit en bord de plage)

Il y un supplément de 350 € pour le ménage final comprenant la fourniture des linges de lits+ la fourniture des linges de maison et d'un drap de bains par personne + quelques produits d'entretien courant pour la maison.

Il faut ajouter la taxe de séjour municipale de 0.88 € / par voyageur de + de 18 ans et par nuit.

Le dépôt de garantie 3000€ à déposer à l’arrivée et qui peut être un chèque est divisé par le nombre de personnes de + de 18 ans et rendu en fin de séjour;

Ce seront des chèques rendus en fin de contrat et après le constat d'état des lieux de sortie.
