Description

Dordogne Charente border, in one of the most beautiful villages of France, this renovated apartment in an old characteristic building offers the best views over the village and Dronne valley. The apartment is very comfortable and light, it has on two floors a large sitting/dining area with huge windows that open completely to give you the feeling you are sitting on a roof terrace. Two large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bath and shower room, the other with a shower room with washing machine and tumble dryer. An extra single bed can be added to one bedroom to sleep a fifth person.The fully equipped kitchen has a nice breakfast bar, all the appliances are available to make wonderful meals. If you want to eat out, there are several restaurants at walking distance, so you can leave the car on the parking (free).

There is airconditioning and free WIFI.

It is only a short walk to the river beach, and of course Aubeterre itself has plenty of things to offer.The most important is the 'monolithic' church, a huge underground church which is the highest in Europe.

Aubeterre is a great starting point for trips in the region: Saint Emilion, Angouleme and Perigueux are at less than an hours' drive , and Bordeaux can be visited in a day as well.

Closer by are a 9 hole golfcourse and tennis courts, canoeing and tree climbing.There is a river beach and good swimming water.

But of course you may be tempted to stay in the apartment and just enjoy the view from the top....

How do damage deposits work?
