Description

L'Apartement Deluxe is a 2 bed 100m2 spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms, one king size bedroom and one triple bedroom. All the rooms come with seperate reversible air-conditioning and Private roof terrace with mountain views. Seperate street entrance.

The king size bedroom also comes with English TV and DVD player, orthopedic mattress and dressing table,

Bath, Shower, towel rail, sink and separate toilet

OUTSIDE

A private roof terrace with views of the black mountains, bbq and seating. You have your own side entrance from the street as well as a door direct into the Shared Games room with pool table, table tennis and seating with table to play board games or just chill. Exiting the games into the shared garden with shared lounge spa pool.

LOUNGE/KITCHEN

The large lounge/kitchen has English and French TV, DVD/VHS player, wii with games, free wi-fi, 40" inch television, Uk sports/movies and kids channels, electric cooker/oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Washer/dryer. On arrival you will recieve a welcome basket with fresh french bread, cheese, jam, water, milk, coffee, tea, sugar and a taste of local wine.

Suitable for larger families and couples wanting space. Well behaved dogs welcome, smoking allowed on the terrace and in the garden only, Groups welcome, Parking available on the private side street or within 1 minutes walk.

We have a range of products available for hire included in the price. please note these are on a first come first served basis and need to be requested at time of booking as we only have one of most of the items, Highchair, Cot, Playmat and Stairgate, Dvd hire, Bookswap library. Towels and linen included, Wifi all around the complex, English/French tv. Welcome basket (varies depending on stay.

Inside you will find 2 bedrooms 1 kingsize with english tv, 1 triple with one single and one set of bunks. A large open plan kitchen/lounge with 47" television, english/french tv, wii with balance board. The kitchen is fully equipped including dishwasher and a washer dryer. A full bathroom with seperate toilet. Large downstairs entrance which is great for families with small children with pushchairs.

As the name states you can enjoy the freedom of the area with no ties and relax in total comfort. With 3 apartments to choose from, our luxurious spa lounge pool with swim and jacuzzi jets including a table to relax with glass of local wine and a space for the children to play it is the perfect place to get away. You can make yourself at home with our stone barbecue. If you would like to explore the region there is plenty to do and with the beaches approximately 40-45km you'll never be short of options. We are sure you can enjoy the most relaxing atmosphere in the South of France. Parking for this unit is external of the complex but is available within a minutes walk. Carcassonne Visit the medieval city of Carcassonne with its vibrant traditional markets with high quality shops and excellent dining. Set perched looking over carcassonne town (approximately 32km) Abbey Fontfroide Visit the Abbey for a tour or just relax with a nice meal and beautiful fine wine or both. Then purchase some wine and souveniers from the cave within the grounds. Please see the link for more information and opening times (approximately 30km) Minerve Visit the beautiful Cathar Village of Minerve perched above where rivers meet in the deep gorges. steeped in history from the crusades of 1210 by Simon de Montfort with windy, narrow streets and the local museum (approximately 12km)

Response from the owner At Gites De Liberte we always want our guests to have a stressless and relaxing holiday we can only apologise that the Apartment wasn't found to the standard you were expecting. We are disappointed to have received this type of review for 2 reasons. The first obvious reason is the you didn't find our apartment clean and as above we can only apologise for this inconvenience. The second is that we look after our own gites and only live a minutes walk away. If this had been brought up with us we would quite happily have cleaned the Apartment again. The tv box was replaced and the internet was re-booted once for you by us. We have owned the gites for 4.5 years and this is the only issue we have had and wish we could have had a chance to resolve it during the your stay.
