Description

Immaculately presented, modern apartment with own private access. Free parking 5 meters from entrance.

Apartment has lounge area with two large sofas and 42" smart TV, dining area to comfortably seat four people. Small kitchenette with sink, 2 ring hob and microwave, kettle, toaster and all utensils. Coffee, tea, sugar, milk, butter. jam and cereal provided. Clean, comfortable double bed, chest of drawers and clothes hanger. Shower room and WC. All towels, soap and shampoo included along with hairdryer, iron and iron board. Free WIFI.

Azille is located in the heart of the Minervois surrounded by vine yards. Also close proximity to beautiful surrounding areas including Lac de Jouarrres and the famous Canal du Midi.

Within Azille there is a wine bar/gallery, bar, pharmacy, tabac, Indian takeaway, boulangerie and two restaurants.

Wine tours can be arranged with local wine master (Taste du Languedoc

Private Dining can be arranged (Taste de la Monde)

Carcassone is 35 mins and Beziers 45 mins

How do damage deposits work?
