Set in the stunning Tuscan hills and located within a charming village this lovingly restored 4 double bedroom house packed with original features will provide the perfect space for you to relax and enjoy mountain views whilst being a perfect base to explore the region. The fully equipped kitchen, new bathrooms (one with roll top bath), one ensuite and new comfortable beds will ensure that you have every convenience and comfort while you stay. The layout of the house with two large bedrooms and a dedicated bathroom on each of the upper floors makes this an ideal place for 2 couples or families and friends. Ideally located; within 10 minutes of the spa town of Bagni di Lucca with its food markets, supermarkets, doctors, pharmacy and restaurants; and a short and scenic 35 minute drive to the historical and unique Lucca. “Stunning Tuscan Villa - Quiet/Well-equipped/Clean”
Four women, ages 60-80, needed a blissful getaway to explore the heart of Tuscany and found this beautiful and well-equipped villa. The three-story, four bedroom and two-bath villa had the charm of days-gone-by with all modern updates including excellent bathrooms and plumbing, comfortable beds with quality linens, a beautiful kitchen and dining area and a private pool with the most beautiful views. We loved sleeping with the windows wide open to feel crisp breezes and wake to the sound of church bells and roosters in the distance. It's a rare opportunity to sleep well while on holiday, but this was the place for it to be possible. We felt safe and well cared for and the location allowed us to take day trips to Florence, Cinque Terre, Pisa, San Gimignano and our beloved Lucca. I would recommend this home for families, couples or friends looking for a get-away. Finally, we left kicking and screaming...sad to have left our wonderful adventure. Maria was a great communicator throughout the process.

“Best Villa Ever”
Once we got over the slightly scary drive up to the villa, everything else was completely amazing. The view, the pool, the villa itself. It really was a home from home (actually better than my home!) Maria has thought of every thing you could possibly need. We are a family that love to cook, but even the fact that there were so many pots and pans and utensils amazed us. This holiday was a birthday present to myself and my grown up children, and they said to me is it everything you dreamed of? The answer was yes and more. We were perfectly placed for trips to Florence, Lucca and Pisa, but on the final day went to Lerici beach and Cinque Terre. What a wonderful week, wish we had have had the time to have 2 weeks, but will definitely be back. Thank you
