Description
The farm's Apple Orchard '' and located in the beautiful valley of Civita di Bagnoregio, village of ancient origins and rare beauty, close to the border between Lazio and Umbria.
Here nature presents itself under its appearance more lush and wild, with chestnut trees, olive groves and pastures that extend to the nearby Valle dei Calanchi.
Within this enchanting natural scenario the company, totally organic, run with practical rapadou pastures and olive groves and sheep and donkeys breeding.
This old stone farmhouse and tuff is on two floors and comprises four apartments of various sizes.
The apartments consist of living room with kitchenette, (one or two) bedroom, (one or two) bathroom.
The Interior is very cozy and well cared for, with terracotta floors, beamed ceilings, chestnut painted in cheerful colors environments and furnished in the typical country style.
Outside the large garden, with plants and flowers, overlooks Civita di Bagnoregio and the Valley, offering a unique view and plenty of room to relax.
The place is very quiet and panoramic, ideal for those who want a holiday in contact with nature, but is also ideal for exploring numerous artistic towns of Latium and the nearby Umbria and Tuscany.

La nostra ospitalit� � in appartamenti molto accoglienti, dotati di un buon livello di confort ad un prezzo accessibile, e siamo sempre pronti ad ogni richiesta o necessit� dei nostri ospiti a semplice richiesta.....; ho subito controllato l'acqua calda e scorreva regolarmente come sempre..., anche le finestre chiudono bene... Nella nostra piscina...non ho trovato parti pericolanti....ed ho salvato una rana...ancora viva.... Non ci proponiamo come un albergo a cinque stelle e non ne abbiamo nemmeno le tariffe, mi dispiace molto che non abbia trovato una struttura all'altezza delle sue aspettative. Sono lieta che abbia apprezzato la cura e la pulizia degli appartamenti, aspetti fondamentali che cerchiamo di seguire con attenzione. La stessa dedizione che mettiamo anche nel nostro grande giardino che è circondato dalla Valle, su cui sovrasta il bellissimo panorama su Civita di Bagnoregio. Molti dei nostri ospiti scelgono la nostra struttura per la bellezza del luogo, la quiete ed il silenzio che vi regna...interrotto magari dai nostri asini che ragliano o dallo scampanellio delle pecore al pascolo. Spero che verrete a trovarci anche in altre occasioni, in cui troverete anche una strada più comoda, risistemata dopo la violenta pioggia del periodo del Vostro soggiorno.
