This is NOT a "party house". The next door neighbors are older and appreciate peace and quiet past 10pm. Their house is right on the other side of the fence. Noise complaints from neighbors or evidence of large parties/gatherings can result in termination of the reservation, as well as forfeiture of your entire security deposit.

Anyone found staying with more than the agreed upon occupancy will automatically forfeit entire security deposit.

Primary Renter must be at least 27 years of age.
