Cette maison de 60 m2, rénovée à neuf en mars 2013, vous séduira pour son confort, son style contemporain et sa luminosité.

Un salon (canapé transformable en lit 140 cm, matelas très confortable) et une cuisine avec espace repas en rez de jardin, deux chambres (1 lit 140 cm dans la chambre parentale et 2 lits 90cm dans la chambre “enfants”) et la salle d'eau avec WC au premier étage.

Idéal pour 1 à 6 personnes, pour le travail en Région parisienne ou le tourisme.

Il est situé en Sud Essonne, à Ballancourt sur Essonne, accès internet wifi, terrasse privative avec barbecue et accès au jardin.

Tous les commerces sont à proximité, supermarché et cinéma à 800 m, banques, poste, pharmacies, le RER (5 minutes à pieds) vous conduira en plein centre de Paris en 45 min.

Versailles son parc et son château : 50 min - Fontainebleau château et escalade: 30 min - Disney- Land : 1h00 - Château de Vaux le Vicomte à 30 mn en voiture. Moret sur Loing, Barbizon - Châteaux de la Loire : 1h30.

Région très agréable, verdoyante, vallonnée, forêts et marais. Nombreux chemins de randonnées à pieds ou en vélo.
